Stayed Jun 10, 2026The property was very nice, in the woods, but close to town. There are 3 steps to get into the front door, another 2 steps to get from the entrance/bedroom to the main level to the rest of the house. There are about 8 steps to get from the back deck to the ground level, back yard. This is important if you have a disability. The house is fully furnished and quite nice. The TV and internet service is great. The mini split ac/heat works well with 3 units in the house. The water is drinkable if you use the provided filter. I suggest buying your own water. The carport is nice to protect your vehicle. There is a steep drive to get up the hill to the property, which we negotiated well. You might need 4wd if the road is wet/snowy. The Soaking tub seems to be a standard size tub. Hint - Switch to the bed light is behind the headboard. I would suggest adding a footstool or coffee table. We really enjoyed our stay in this secluded house/cabin about 12 minutes from Pagosa Springs town.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025This was just what we were looking for. A little privacy away from town with easy access. It was exceptionally clean with everything we needed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024We were so pleased with everything! Stephanie was a great host, providing us with a warm welcome and assistance with local activities and restaurants. The appliances in the kitchen are all in great condition. The smart T. V. has a wide selection of shows and movies. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and in great working condition. Our dog was thrilled with the large backyard and space to play. We were visited by deer every evening. The grocery store, Walmart, and the hot springs are all within 10-15 minutes. We look forward to returning again.
