Peaceful 1-Bedroom Retreat in Town

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Quiet, clean, spacious and very close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Rosie's Place was a lovely retreat. Excellent place to stay for a visit to Indiana University to see my daughter. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean — no complaints about that. My issue was that I didn’t get a response and had to contact customer support for help. I messaged three different times, and I didn’t like not getting an answer when I was just asking for reassurance. Having to reach out to support made me upset. I couldn’t get my money back at that point, so I went along with the day. It was a beautiful place, I was just a little disappointed and confused at first.

The bathroom smells like car urine. The sofa sleeper mattress is super thin and uncomfortable, slept on sofa even though it was about a foot too short. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet just a mattress cover. Super disappointed with the property!

Quiet location and close to the University

To start we got lost, I sent a message to host and she never responded. States it’s pet friendly but has rules, the dogs aren’t allowed on furniture etc. our dogs were crated the whole time. I picked up pet waste outside with poop bags I provided but no outside trash can to put them in. Rules stated to pick up dog hair but no cleaners or vacuum are provided. No full size refrigerator, or stove my daughter was there to finish her last week of college. We cut the trip short because we were done with living off microwave meals. Not worth the money!

Clean and bed was comfortable.

Very clean. Kind of a remote area with a business next to it. Could have used a fan in there as was hard to cool off. Would be nice to have a normal size fridge instead of a mini fridge

Very cute house close to IU campus. Was perfect for a short weekend visit and the house is a great spot if you need accommodations that allow a dog.

Great property, would stay here again when visiting Bloomington. Sheet set did not fit the pull out couch; otherwise great detail that included sponge, Dawn, towels, etc.i did not know what recycling includes in Bloomington? Maybe a sign for that?

Rosie's Place was a restful, historic, lovely cottage to call home for a few days while visiting family. We were close to everything, but felt away from it all. Nature right outside the kitchen window entertained us-- rabbits, redheaded woodpeckers, birds of all types. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first Vrbo visit and we were very pleased with the location and house. Having a full kitchen and separate bedroom is a real plus. The owner was very prompt in replies when I had a question.

This was the perfect property for us as we were in town for a wedding and only needed to stay two nights. The location was perfect, quiet, and had everything we needed. I would stay here every time I visited Bloomington!
