Peace Tree Place is the perfect property to enjoy mountain living to its fullest! Located one mile off the main highway, this 2600 sq. ft., hand-built log home is a wonderful place to rejuvenate! This lovely home boasts a large kitchen with an eat-in table that seats six with an adjacent proper dining room table as well. You will enjoy the main floor master with queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi garden tub. Snuggle up in the cozy sunken living room with inset wood burning fireplace. The upstairs has an airy den equipped with TV, printer, and a queen-sized futon. Two bedrooms, a full bath and access to a large balcony round up the upstairs. The breezes and view will delight you as you enjoy the surroundings off the back deck. Take a walk along the two acres of fenced property, make the short drive to the Cabarton section of the Payette River where paddle boarding and whitewater rafting await you. Take your UTV's/ATV's and make the short drive to Herrick Reservoir for fishing and fun. If it is a winter adventure that you crave, the Snow Park is only a few minutes from the property. Or bundle up and grab your gear for alpine and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, sledding, and snowmobiling on miles of snow tracks. After your outdoor adventures, warm up by the crackling fire. If you want to play or boat on Lake Cascade, it is about a 10-minute drive away. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

The setting was quiet and โoff the main trackโ. My issue is the dated decor, the piles of dust on all the horizontal surfaces, the dust on the dining room chair lattice work and the clothes washer was temperamental and questionable at best. Further the TV system and the WiFi system did not work. There was no coffee bean grinder forcing us to generic coffee groundsโmany people travel with fresh coffee beans. And, there was no provision to sit on the porch to enjoy the evening. I feel the nightly chargers are exorbitant for the facilityโฆand need to be reconsidered now and in the future.
