Please read before booking:
- Friday and Saturday nights cannot be split without owner approval.
- Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
- Arrival time is 4pm or later, Departure on your final days is no later than 11am.
- Reservations require a 3 or 4 night minimum on holidays and special events (check rates).
- No refunds for Holidays, Spring Break or Special Events.
-- Must be a guest that is at least 25 years of age to make the reservation.
-- All guests must must wear wristbands and a list of names (first/last) must be submitted to booking agent for the gate.
- Note that the pictures show a 3-car garage (so you can identify the home), but only two of the bays are available for renters.
- There is no daily maid service. Your cleaning fee covers a one-time cleaning after you depart.
- The cost of the wristbands are $50.00 per person. The first twelve bands are given at no charge, any more than 12 guests will incur a 1 time fee of $50.00 per person for the entire stay, paid for at the guard gate during check in. Maximum amount of guests is 16. (All ages count in this total).

Now that we got the house keeping out of the way let's talk about this magnificent home.

So you're thinking about going to Rocky Point and you stumbled across this home. Well you must have great taste. This home is located in the only custom home community on Sandy beach. You are also looking at the only 5 bedroom custom home, not only in the beautiful Costa Diamante community, but on the whole 7 miles of Sandy beach. This oceanfront home community is in between Las Palomas and the Princesa De Penasco. So if you are done with the noisy apartment style condos that you have to fight over patio chairs. Rent this home for a peaceful recharging of your batteries! This home is unlike any other typical Rocky Point home. This home has it all!
As you pull into the driveway after driving for 4 hours, you have to pinch yourself because you think you need to wake up from a dream. After you are done high five-ing the person that was in charge of making the reservation you will enter into the main courtyard. You will then enter the home and your eyes will truly get bigger and your jaw will start to drop. You will say to yourself, This home is absolutely amazing. You may use words like; incredible, beautiful, look at that ceiling. As you enter into the main living area you will (I guarantee this will happen) stare at the amazing ceiling and once again you will catch yourself mumbling, How did they do that
This home has one of the most wonderful boveda ceilings in all of Penasco. I was told that a special crew came up from Mexico City to install this 250 foot perimeter 30 feet high ceiling. Another question you may ask yourself is, How do you change the light bulbs in that ridiculously beautiful chandelier
This great room encompasses the main living areas including the gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances and of course granite counter-tops. Also you will see a dining room table that looks like it was built and constructed for King Arthur. This beautiful piece is not only a work of art you can eat on it too. inside the great room is a huge couch that houses a television paradise. This Direct TV has it all from HBO, Starz and Cinemax. But that isn't nearly as great as having the Red Zone and being able to watch every football game in style. If your team is losing just look to your left (the unobstructed ocean), you will forget all about it.
As you enter outside you will notice a huge covered patio which is perfect for the shade and your morning cup of coffee. This newly constructed masterpiece is fully equipped with the grillmaster in mind. Do you like to grill Well how bout crack open a Corona, stick a lime in it, then fire that bad boy up! You and 12 of your closest buddies can chit chat on the granite countertop bar while your buddy burns the shrimp he just bought at the fish market.
When the night moves on and you want to open up that bottle of wine for that special anniversary don't forget to fire up the pit. There is nothing like a chilly October night listening to the waves crashing and the crackle and glow of a real wood fire. Hang around that fire pit for hours until that bottle is gone. Hopefully it didn't take you hours to drink that bottle of wine.
Right out the back courtyard is what you have been waiting for. The ocean is calling! Slip outside Casa De Esperanza's private fence and walk a few steps down your private sidewalk to the sand and to the beach.
This ocean view / front home has views for miles. You have a perfectly situated home that doesn't have an obstructed view like most homes. And what is nice is the home will never have a home or building obstructing its views it is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. If you think the views are nice from under the patio let's go back inside and go upstairs.
The staircase in itself is a beautiful piece with its stunning iron work and the floating stairs you will be nothing but impressed. As you get to the top of the stairs you will see a perfect sitting area with a large comfy couch to read a book or just stare at the unbelievable view. Upstairs is a floor to ceiling picture window that encompases most of the back wall, absolutely amazing! Just a few more steps you can't resist yourself from going out onto the private sundeck with some comfortable chaise loungers. This sundeck is also the main patio to the upstairs Master bedroom with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and marvelous stone work that would make a stone setter jealous.
Lets layout the sleeping arrangements. As you enter the home directly to the right is a King bedroom with a full bathroom attached. To the left as you enter the house is a small hallway with 3 doors. One is a public full bathroom, the other door is set up perfectly for the kids. There are 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4) for your little princes and princesses. The third door is another King Suite with its own private bathroom. As you pass through the kitchen you will see a double door entering another Master Bedroom with a private full bathroom and private access to the backyard patio and all of its glory. And of course let us not forget the upstairs master bedroom that we discussed earlier.
If you have a few extra people there are some sleeper cot beds in the garage and the couches are not a bad option at all as they are really comfortable.

Casa de Esperanza in spanish means The House of Hope. Costa Diamante in Spanish means the Diamond Coast. Doesn't this sound nice you are renting the House of Hope on the Diamond Coast. This home is truly remarkable in every way from its perfectly appointed furniture to the architecture that would make an architect drewl. This home looks and feels like a million dollar home with a 2 million dollar view. Well because it is. From the perfect travertine work in all of the bathrooms to the gourmet kitchen. This home has left no stone unturned when it comes to perfection.

Is security an issue Well be rest assured you are literally next to the 24 hour guard gate. All the windows in the home have electronic shutters that not only keep the riff raff out they also make you wake up at noon while you think it is still dark outside. Also keep in mind when you walk out onto the driveway you will literally see 3 security guard gates one of which is for Costa Diamante and the other two is for Casa Blanca and the Princesa De Penasco. They all have eyes on your beautiful vacation home.

Let's not forget about using the facilities inside the only custom home community on Sandy Beach is a 60,000 gallon pool with an attached Jacuzzi. Very nice set up as I must say I helped design and build it.
