- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to the driveway & surrounding street parking during your stay. Please note that the garage has been permanently converted into a games room, so it is not available for parking.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


**STAIRS REQUIRED**
Please note that stairs are required to access all of the bedrooms and full bathrooms; therefore, this may not be the right fit for those with mobility issues.

James Chabot Beach: A 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk will get you to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

    We chose this location for a family gathering. We were 5 adults and 3 small dogs. This place was perfect in every way. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. 3 great places to hang out. Front balcony, private back yard with hot tub, great living room with comfortable couches plus the games room. Kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances.The area is quiet, across from a nice park to walk the dogs. Walking distance to anything you may need, even the hospital. The host was very responsive. Check in/out was seamless. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs which was not an issue for us.

    Great stay. A little hiccup at check in with codes, but a quick phone call sorted that on the spot. Place was clean, very well appointed and after 3 rounds of golf the hot tub was a welcome site!

    We stayed for the weekend for our son to attend the Rockies spring camp and the property was in the perfect location from the rink, grocery store, restaurants and downtown. The property was clean and had great amenities. The price was great and we all enjoyed our stay.

    Stayed here during a girls' trip with a frw friend and their teen daighters. The house has sufficient space for the 6 of us to congregate and spend time together, while also our individual space as needed. All the basics that you could need were available, amd even a slow cooker, which we were able to use for one of our meals. The owner/host were very communicative, and provided access to their portal and all relevant information required throughout the stay. Woukd recommend for any groups seeking a place to stay near downtown Invermere.

    Our stay at the Paws & Peaks condo was great. It comfortably slept six adults and the hot tub was a hit each night. Great views of the eastern mountains and the location was close to a grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants. The condo was clean and the check-in and communication process was easy. Would go back next time we are in Invermere.
