Stayed Jun 20, 2026Our stay was good overall. This home was in the litchfield beach area and pawleys island beach was actually a few miles away. The house was clean and comfortable to stay for the week. The kitchen included everything needed to prepare meals. The air conditioning and on demand hot water systems were great! Some pictured items weren't present such as corn hole games or hammocks, although, they were doing construction next door, starting at 6 a.m., for the entirety of our visit. There were some beach chairs that we were able to use and it appeared to be an umbrella that worked. The other beach items were in disrepair and the beach towels were smaller than the bath towels, so I would bring your own.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Fantastic property, better than expected stay. In town for a Cross Country meet with several of the runners staying at the home. Easy access to the area and the property itself more than met our needs. Kids enjoyed the fire pit outback as well. Highly recommended.
