Everything is top of the line, from the high-end appliances in the chef’s kitchen to the 1st floor master suite that boasts a king-sized log framed bed, gas fireplace and an elegant copper soaking tub; for the ultimate relaxing experience. There are gas fireplaces in the living room and family room for those cold nights. The loft level has 2 bedrooms with a large bathroom and an expansive den/office area overlooking the living room with its 24-foot cathedral ceiling.
The main level of the house is an open concept living room with stone gas fireplace, dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, the laundry room and master bedroom. On the ground level is the Family Room with games, wet bar, bar table with chairs, comfortable recliners by the fireplace, a utility-mud room and the 2nd master bedroom with its own full bath. The dry sauna is located on this level. On the loft level of the house is a den/office area that overlooks the living room with a set of twin bunk beds, the two additional bedrooms and a shared bath.

This house is in a quiet community in the woods. It`s not off a major road so it makes it nice and quiet. There is a golf course in the back yard, but it`s not that busy. You do have lake access, you have to drive down to it, but you are able to go swimming or rent a boat to enjoy the lake. It`s about 10 minutes from the little town of Hawley, which is a quaint little town to explore in.
Driving is recommended in the Hawley, Lake region area. Plenty of parking at the house itself, and most places have decent parking lots.

You and your invitees and visitors must comply with all Rental Regulations.
Failure to comply with the Rental Regulations and any reservations made under false pretenses may result in loss of all your payments made to Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC and possible removal of you from the rental property, in addition to all other remedies available to Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC. If you violate any of the conditions of this Agreement or the Rental Policies, Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC may enter the rental property and you agree to vacate the rental property immediately upon the request of Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC and forfeit all rent paid.
You are responsible for rental charges for the full duration of the reservation and for any damages or breakage to the rental property incurred during the rental period, even if a security deposit has been paid. Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC may charge the credit card on file for any damage or breakage or excessive cleaning costs but will provide a statement if such charges are billed.
Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, audio visual equipment, computers or internet access, television or appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC immediately. Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC reserves the right to require you to change rental properties without liability to Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC if the rental property unexpectedly becomes unavailable or uninhabitable. When comparable accommodations are unavailable, you will have the option of selecting from available properties or receiving a refund.

Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party`s financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the rental property and Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC and its respective manager, members, employees and agents for any liabilities, theft, damage, personal injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with your and your invitees` and visitors` use and occupancy of the rental property or the failure of you and your invitees or visitors to observe the Rental Regulations.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL SETTLERS HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC OR THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL SETTLERS HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC OR THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SETTLERS HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC OR THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any civil action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of record of the State of Pennsylvania in Wayne County.
RENTAL POLICIES
Hawley, Pennsylvania is a quiet residential neighborhood. You are an invited guest in a private home. Loud noises, parties, trespassing on private property, exceeding occupancy limits or disruptive behavior is forbidden. Large groups spanning multiple homes or functions such as weddings, wedding-related events, reunions or special events are not permitted.
This Property is not handicap accessible.
Accepted Forms of Payment. SHG accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Traveler`s Checks, cash and personal checks with acceptable photo identification. Payment of deposits must be by credit card.
Age Requirements. The contracting party making the reservation and occupying the home must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Catering. Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC shall be the exclusive caterer for this rental home. You agree not to have any caterer come to the rental home to provide food service for any meal or event; failure to adhere to this restriction will result in an additional charge of $300.00.
Check-In/Check-Out Times. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Late departure may be permitted but must be requested prior to the scheduled departure date. In the event of a late departure not previously approved by SHG, you will be charged an additional night`s rent.
Clean Upon your Arrival. No Daily Maid Service. SHG’s cleaning staff will ensure that your rental home is clean upon your arrival. If your rental property`s cleanliness upon your arrival does not meet your expectations, please contact SHG immediately. SHG does not provide daily maid service. If you require trash pick-up, please notify the SHG office.
Furnishings. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved, taken out or transferred from one rental property to another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. Each property is inspected by SHG staff at the conclusion of your stay. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify SHG immediately so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of any television, home theatre or gaming equipment.
Garage Doors. Where applicable, keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the property.
Highchairs and Cribs. Please inquire about availability of highchairs and cribs in specific rental properties. If you require a highchair or crib and it is not provided in the rental property, please notify SHG in advance. These items are provided subject to prior availability. You accept all liability for the use of supplied highchairs and cribs.
Internet Access. Many of our rental properties provide high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access. Please inquire about availability of Internet access in specific rental properties
