Pauanui house with great outdoor living and views.

This property was unfortunately very poorly maintained, clutered, and quite dirty and dusty. Both the upstairs and in particular the downstairs part of the house smelt of mould. Left 1 day earlier than paid for due to above :-( ... Contacted the host and received an apology.

We had a great time!! The house is well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay for large family. Excellent location.

Location good, property a little tired. Shade on deck needs some maintenance (support pole broken). Beds upstairs very, very soft. Empty rolls of baking paper, glad wrap in kitchen, no rubbish bags for bins and not enough toilet rolls. Access to kayaks, bikes, boards under the house great but not advertised, as we would have taken bike helmets and bike pump. Inside windows need cleaning as spots of mould (bedrooms upstairs). Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

This home worked well for us. The size was great, location great and boat parking was easy.

The location of this property is fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the Town Centre with its yummy bakery and cafe/restaurants. It’s about a really short bike ride and about a 15 minute walk to the main beach along the handy path that runs parallel to the Town Centre. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and exploring Pauanui. The weather wasn’t so great for us but we had the Foos Ball table to keep us busy in this cozy place with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is our 3rd time to this property and we love it. Instant relax mode kicks in when you arrive. Comms is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Great spot with everything we needed for a group with teens coming and going. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommend and definitely keen to book again!

The beach was awesome! The house was good, great views! The ladies thought it could have been cleaner, especially the floors, the toilet (the outside of the bowl as well), the back of the toilet door needs a wipe down. Also there was a flat tray in the oven which was grotty, we started cleaning it and gave up... Apart from that, the only thing that caught us unawares was no internal stairs to access the downstairs area. Thanks, we did enjoy our stay!

Great holiday with that good old kiwi batch feel Close to the boat ramp and the shopping centre only 2 to 3 minutes walk I could not get the TV down stairs to operate to save my life! The oven door needs attention the right hand hinge is seized hence not shutting properly and the seals are perished hence taking a long time to cook in the oven The back yard was covered in dog droppings But overall it was an enjoyable stay had by all and a big thanks to Lisa for everything My kids died without Wifi I enjoyed it just quietly good to get them off the phones and playing all the games we had back in the day
