Great place to stay just a block away from Belmont! It was clean and had all the amenities you could need.

Host was very responsive and accommodating with early arrival!

There was nothing more we could've asked for at this property. It was immaculate, it was well staffed in the kitchen and bedrooms. It was a good location. The hosts were very responsive. This was a wonderful place to enjoy Nashville. You won't be disappointed!

Not only is this a 5-Star home, but you also get a 5-Star host. I had all the details I needed to get in without any problems and found the place to be better than the description and photos suggested. It had all the amenities we needed, and the host's responses were immediate any time we reached out. We stayed a week, and it was like home-away-from-home. I highly recommend this location and host.

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and welcoming! It was a GREAT location for everything in Nashville. We did not want to stay close to Broadway, but close to all the good shopping. This was the perfect spot!! Blocks from Belmont University and 12th Street South shopping!

The home is beautiful! Such a unique design with four floors. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. The master is gorgeous! Host was very helpful with great communication. We are looking for more reasons to return to Nashville!

The house was exactly as described and pictured! The location was great and only a short drive to numerous popular spots in Nashville. We loved the fact that it was in a more family friendly neighborhood as opposed to the party scene. The house is perfectly laid out for families with children. The bathrooms were very well stocked with plenty of towels and bath supplies. The kitchen had nice pots and pans and cooking utensils! Comfy beds and pillows! Overall, one of our better homes we have rented! Highly recommend!

Long weekend in Nashville from the Florida Keys.. Safe location and short Uber to Broadway. Property as advertised, be ready to get your steps in with four floors.

Everything was great for our first trip to Nashville! The location was perfect since we were not too close to the busyness but a short Uber drive to Broadway. We loved the layout and decor of the place and the fact that we each had a bedroom on our own floor.

The townhome was extremely clean and nice and looked exactly like the online pictures. All my emails and messages were answered promptly and communication on the check-in and check-out process was clear and easy. The host gave restaurant suggestions and the walk to and from Belmont University was simple. We will definitely be returning when back in Nashville.

Girls trip to Nashville. Location was great to Uber downtown and home was lovely. Loved each room having its own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood close access to the Gulch for food.

The property was amazing and in a perfect location for the activities we had planned. Communication with the host was always prompt and clear. The kitchen/family room was spacious for us all to gather, but then we appreciated being spread out across 3 different floors of living space. The only down side was the towels in several bathrooms had a mildew smell; they were still damp when folded and put away.

Just as described, clean, great location, so easy to work with. All the rooms and bathrooms were great size, climate control for all three levels was very easy. The only hard part was all the stairs! Maybe it helped work off the extra calories of all the great Nashville food.

Everything was wonderful I enjoyed my stay and also I had great communicate with my host, I would definitely stay again and will recommend everyone give them a try!

I was disappointed by the lack of hand towels on the hooks in the bathrooms . We had to search for towels to dry off our hands. The towels under the sink in the bathrooms were damp and smelled terrible. It was difficult to want to dry off with a towel after showering because the smell was so bad. The laundry room smelled very musty. There was old bar of soap in one shower which makes one wonder how well the shower was cleaned, I like overall the place needed a thorough cleaning especially the showers and bathroom floors. The location was great!

Group of 8 rented this condo. Great location, very easy to get where we needed to go with uber. Was very clean, met all of our needs. Our minor issues were addressed right away. Would recommend to everyone!

Fabulous property for those looking for a place to stay in Nashville. Ideal location to access some of Nashville's charming neighborhoods and still less than 2 miles from downtown. Home was extremely clean and well cared for. Layout provides an opportunity for a group to spread out over four floors of living space and still gather on a spacious main floor. Host was extremely responsive on the limited questions we had. We'll be back for sure!

We had 8 people in our party over the Thanksgiving holiday and really enjoyed our stay here. The location is central to everything and uber/lyfts to downtown were inexpensive and readily available. Our expectations were exceeded; Rooms were great and everything updated

We loved staying at this fantastic getaway in the heart of Nashville. Close to everything. Super clean and everything you will need for a large group. Will stay here again when we come to Nashville.

Beautiful and clean townhome! Only complaint is that the bldg is not marked clearly. Only on one side and it is not clear in a downpour or at night.
