Very affordable, close to where we needed to be! It was nice to have all of my family together in one house. Plenty of space for everyone. Would stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at this property with our family! It was the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and relaxation. The home was clean, well-stocked, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was clean, safe, and a huge hit every single day. And for the adults, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after a full day of exploring or swimming.

We had a group of seven adults and absolutely loved this house. Everything was clean, and the pool area was conveniently within walking distance. We really enjoyed the third garage game area, and we thought the location was fantastic. The downstairs space was large enough for all of us to relax together, whether we were watching movies or playing games. I especially loved being able to watch the sunset from the hot tub in the backyard.The minor drawbacks we encountered were that the dining room felt a bit small for our group, as did the outdoor table, but we managed to make it work. Additionally, the downstairs washer didn’t seem to function properly, and the ice maker in the freezer would get jammed easily. We also had to be cautious of the smoke detector in the kitchen, as it tended to be sensitive while we were cooking.

Our stay was great! The Hottub on the property was so relaxing. The Lazy river pool was the best. We floated for hours. Met so many nice people at the Lazyriver pool. Ecerything we needed to cook was at the house. We had many nice meals together. sometimes out o. the patio and sometimes in the dining room. Rent this house you will not regret it.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the house. We plan on booking again.

Thank you so much for this wonderful rental. The house was phenomenal and my family had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of space and we felt right at home here. The pool area was an added bonus. We made many memories there and we loved the location of the rental. We were able to visit 3 national parks during our stay. We love the St. George area! This was our first time staying in Washington, and we will definitely be back. We really loved the Sienna Hills development, especially the swimming pool. We had nine adults and two kids under two with us. This home has a great layout for space and privacy. We enjoyed the private hot tub late at night, that was definitely a plus! We really enjoyed our sunny getaway!

Family vacation to attend my granddaughter’s graduation! The house was big enough for everyone to have plenty of room to move around or just lounge. Everyone loved the pool, lazy river, slide, hot tubs and play area. Loved that there was room for kids to watch a movie upstairs, watch a game downstairs, all while playing a game either at the dining table or outside at the table.
