The home was well equipped including items for the beach. The screened in front porch was perfect for resting after a fun day at the beach.

Nice little place one block from the beach. Clean, roomy, and well put together!Will rent again if staying in the area.

House was clean and nicely decorated. Outside was messy and unkept. There had been storms in the area and the owner did send someone to pick up backyard for us. You can’t access the backyard from the house. The front porch was a nice place to sit and relax. The owner did communicate that landscaper wasn’t able to mow due to all the rain but neighbors yards were cut while we were there. Our stay was 5 nights. Communication with owner was pleasant and responsive.

Great location that is super convenient. Had everything we needed for a great price - much better than a hotel room. Host was quick to communicate. Easy check in. We traveled with pets so the gated back yard was great as well as the enclosed front porch. Quiet and safe area with no issues. Would certainly stay at this property again!

Parrothead is a perfect, pet friendly house. The bedrooms are spacious. Two bathrooms are a must with a family of 4 (It’s a great location, too. Very clean with all the things you need for your stay. Host was very communicative and double checked to make sure everything was fine once we had checked in. Highly recommend!

This is a great getaway spot!! The host is very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. The house is very comfortably decorated and was immaculately clean. Each bedroom is well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked as were the bathrooms. It was a great stay! We would definitely recommend!!

Great property. Everything was wonderful but the floor was dirty and the description said 3 king beds but it was 2 kings and one queen. Also, the master bed wasn't very comfortable. Great location and great communication from the owner. Kitchen was well stocked and outdoor area and porch were great.

Nicely decorated property very close to the beach with a great screened in porch area. We were able to bring the family dog. Neighbors were very quiet. Lots of good restaurants & other fun things to do close by

The property was perfect with its location near the beach. The ‘extras’ that were included are a welcome addition. Having use of the wagon and umbrella for the beach was much appreciated for us girls left behind while the guys were out and about!Again, thank you so much!

Place was perfect for the 4 of us to stay and relax. Host responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Close to everything!

We enjoyed everything about our stay . Just one thing just make sure the hair is out the tub in the hall bathroom and the hair in the towels.

Love this house, it is close to everything you could want to do. It was clean with easy access into the house and back yard. We will be back!
