Stayed Feb 28, 2025My son and I were visiting Chico, and this was an ideal location to stay. Very close to downtown and campus, but felt tucked away and serene, being just across from the park. The space was well appointed and clean, with very comfortable beds. It was peaceful and quiet, and lovely all around.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Had an amazing stay! A deer came and ate the plants under the living room window every evening!!! This beautiful house is clean and comfortable! It is just across the street from Bidwell Park's walking path!! Plenty of easy parking right out front of the house made for easy loading and unloading! I will definitely book this property again!!!
