Parkridge at Pilot Butte - Warm & Modern Bend Ski/Outdoor Basecamp

Spent 4 wonderful days in Bend with my brother’s family- this was the perfect property to relax and recharge for 4 adults and 2 young kids! The beds are very comfortable, the entire house is immaculate, and the surrounding neighborhood easy to navigate and quiet at night. Tenaya was quick to reply to our booking request and for any help needed- the materials in the home were also helpful guides to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Would definitely book again! This house was so clean with nice linens and comfy beds. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Very nice neighborhood and easy to get around. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Place to Stay in BendThis is a lovely home! We had 5 adults in the unit over a long weekend - two couples and a single. This home was perfect for us. Super clean, and a corner property. I brought my road bike and the garage offered a great staging area before and after my rides. The neighborhood is great, so nice to walk around. There's a park not far away, and a middle school a block up the street. Easy access to highway 97, downtown, and the big grocery stores on business 97. Contact with the host was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is located in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy walk/hike to Pilot Butte. Everything else needs a car or bike ride, but all easy to get to. Hosts were very responsive. Sleeping was comfortable, and they have a nice gathering /great room space (we did not use the little patio, but that looked nice even though small).

Plenty of nice shopping for all ages. Excellent food for all. House is better than new!

The perfect VRBO doesn't exis...Stop the presses, yes it does and this is it! Everything, and I mean everything is right with this beautiful house close to everything in Bend. The location is great, the house is warm, inviting, comfortable, clean, and every possible need is thought of. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling and new. The kitchen is completely outfitted, and the living room is comfortable and inviting. Honestly, it is all pro's, and I can't think of a single con. This place is so nice, even my 14 year old son wanted to take off his shoes as soon as we came in to make sure he didn't get any dirt on the floors! I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this is hands down the best stay ever. I hope we get to stay again! Also, the hosts are warm and friendly, and quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. This is the place you have been looking for!

We visited Bend to compete in a multi-sport race and it was everything we needed, including a garage to prep our gear. House was clean with a lot of careful and considerate details throughout. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for work at the hospital and it was perfect location for us just minutes away. Many dining options very close. House was very clean and great communication. Driveway is a bit steep if need it in winter. We did use the garage first night. Bedrooms cozy and warm, good TV
