There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

• The apartment is located on the upper level and requires walking up one flight of stairs to reach the main living level.

• There is also one step inside the apartment between the dining room and living room.

• This is a real, lived-in home, so you may notice some normal signs of wear and tear. In return, the home includes many thoughtful extras and conveniences.

• Heating is controlled by a Nest thermostat in the hallway. The primary bedroom also has an independent wall heater.

• Seasonal portable air-conditioning units may be provided during warmer months.

• The private deck is accessible from both the living room and exterior stairs. Because it is surrounded by trees, some natural debris may occasionally be present.

• An electric blower is available for clearing leaves and tree debris from the deck.

• The wood-burning fireplace is not intended for guest use.

• One driveway parking space is available for guests staying in the apartment. Additional vehicles should use street parking.

• Street parking may be more limited during major local events.

• The property is not wheelchair accessible.

• WiFi and a Roku Smart TV are provided. Streaming services are not included, so guests may use their own accounts.
