Park-Side, Easy Access To Downtown, Mayo Clinic & Bike Trail, Family-Friendly

Our second stay. We love the neighborhood across the street from a park. We call it the multilevel home. Five levels in the house, but we love all the room for everyone!Thanks again for having us!

Rochester is a lovely town with really friendly, kind people. Everything you could need was provided and lots of food and shopping was close by. We would definitely stay here again! Our hosts were attentive and responded to messages quickly.

Home was clean and located near many things. The furniture in home seems new but is not ideal for older guests as it is very low to ground. Overall was a fine stay.

We had 10 adults and there was lots of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The home was very clean and well taken care of!

Loved the location by the park and the windows overlooking the park. Plenty of parking!

Couldn't love this location for us more. The park was so close. House was quiet. Wish there had been pickleball gear for the brand new courts across the bridge!

We had a group of coaches coming to Rochester for a gymnastics event. The house suited our needs perfectly. Great for a larger group of adults staying together.

Stayed here for a visit to Mayo. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is onsite. Takes about 5 minutes to drive to Mayo.Will certainly stay here again if I ever go back

Everything about this Vrbo was excellent. My family raved about the lay-out, location and access to everything. It really felt like we were returning home everytime we pulled in.

Everything worked out fine for us. There are multiple levels and stairs, but did not hinder our stay at all. Great views of the park. And we liked the location too! It was nice to be able to use the garage and garage door remotes.Bedrooms were all set up nice.It worked out very well for our needs!

We had to gather a lot of family on short notice to say goodbye to a dying family member and this space was perfect for us all to gather and grieve together. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and it was conveniently lovlcated near parks and walking trails for our kiddos.

We chose your place because of the location and it did not disappoint. We were close to the multi-use trail system, a city park, the downtown district, restaurants, shopping and much more. Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! There was a lot of space.The layout is unique, so it makes it a little hard to congregate in the same room and we had elderly people who struggle with steps. Many steps up and down throught the home. Overall, it was clean and nice. Could use some maintenance. Lots of broken closet doors and bedroom doors that are dragging on the carpet.

Here's a review for the VRBO house: We had a pleasant stay at this house, which had everything we wanted. The laundry facilities and outdoor gas grill were a big plus! However, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. A helpful tip for future guests: if you are expecting extras like soaps in the bathroom and condiments in the kitchen, they were not provided. All in all it was a decent house and location for what we needed! ---

I was in Rochester for a conference with some work colleagues. We stayed at this location. Great location to access walking paths, and short trip to convention center. Clean facilities, well maintained.
