Park in the Garage and Walk to Mayo Clinic

Yes, everything was there and it was a warm inviting feeling during our stay. Wonderful neighborhood and close to the Mayo Clinic and Downtown. Would surely stay again.

Dr appts at Mayo Clinic . 10 min walk to hospital max. Bedrooms upstairs second bedroom no fan or good ac flow . Coffee water and pods nice to have.

The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect.

We were so glad to be in the VRBO after a longDrive. The beds are so comfortable and has black out curtains. This property is so clean and tidy. Will stay here again when we come back to Mayo this fall.

This was a perfect place to stay for a week. My daughter and I were able to walk to the Mayo Civic Center and to downtown area with a 10-15 minute walk. The driveway is easy to drive into and park. The kitchen had items that made it easy to cook and prepare meals. A couple notes this house does not have a dishwasher so you will wash your own dishes. The garage is a little tricky to maneuver with a larger vehicle. it was a perfect place to stay for a trip to Rochester!

Stayed here for our time at Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the garage especially since there was a small snow storm. House was very neat, tidy , cosy & they offered coffee & water & while we did not utilize they also offer beer & wine for a nominal fee. We appreciated all the comforts of home away from home & bed was very comfortable as well. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy house that quick and easy to get to and from the hospital. Easy access to restaurants and all the main amenities that you need.

Have had to come up to Mayo twice for appointments and stayed here both times. Place makes you feel at home very comfortable and cozy. Large kitchen plenty of space. Bed is amazing and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Beds were great, kitchen was great. My husband loved the recliner to relax in between trips to the Mayo this week. Convenient, clean, and spacious. We appreciated a slightly later check out to accommodate the last appointment. Staying here was so easy, and comfy! Traffic was simple to get to Mayo. And the owner was so very helpful and plesant!

The place was perfect for us. Super clean and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I loved the sheets, pillows and black out curtains. Slept very well there. The location was much more convenient to than expected. It’s within easy walking distance to the clinic. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was as described. A nice remodel of an older 2 story house. Very nice kitchen/dining area, big screen TV with couch and power recliner in the living room, etc. Having the garage was great as we had storms during our stay. A 12 minute walk to Mayo. Quiet area. The only issue was solved quickly….a mixup with the code numbers at our arrival. A call to the owners and he was there in 5 minutes to help out. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners could not have been more accommodating, and the house had everything we needed for our short 4 night stay. I would definitely stay again if we come back to Rochester.

We stayed 3 nights to go to appointments at the Gonda building, which was very close to the rental. The furniture was exactly what we'd hoped for, comfortable beds & living room furniture. Having a recliner is always a plus! In the future, this will be a rental we'll look to see if it's available.

The house meets all your needs for comfort and ease of living away from home. The garden setting and koi pond with it’s waterfall were tranquil and calming for sure after many Mayo visits.

It was fortunate to have the garage to park our motorcycles in due to the record rainfall in Rochester. The deck was under construction which we were not aware of until arrival. Kudos to the owner for replacing old boards but an advance notice would have been nice. Suggest a bathroom fan be installed to avoid moisture from those hot relaxing showers!
