Check-In Instructions are emailed once the House Rules Agreement is signed, the Guest List Form is submitted, a picture of a Government-Issues Photo Identification (if required by the city or county) is provided and any additional documentation that the City or County may require to rent.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. However, loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the proximity of the houses, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street. Parking at this house is available for 6 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 2 on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally. RV camper on the RV lot is allowed. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

4. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition.
