This modern home is exceptionally comfortable and is perfect for families looking for an easy, carefree vacation. All of the rooms are spacious with the perfect beach vibe. Whether you are traveling with adults or children, there are plenty of spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy! After a day at the beach or pool, enjoy an outside deck with a shower, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. A comfortable front porch, a private, screened porch off the downstairs primary, and a private porch off the upstairs primary, complete with a hanging bed, provides several places to watch the perfect sunsets. The upstairs media room with a queen pull-out couch, large TV, and table for eating or playing games is the perfect kid haven!

The heart of this home is found in the oversized kitchen, dining, and den area. With a huge island complete with seating for 5 and a large dining table, this arrangement is great for cooking and eating in or bringing in meals from the many restaurant options within a 5 block radius. The kitchen is equipped with Viking stainless appliances, and all the kitchen cookware, bakeware, and utensils you will need are at your fingertips.

The den is equipped with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and 3 sets of french doors leading out to the front porch. The home is equipped with WiFi and high-speed internet.

    This is a beautiful house on a great street. It’s like the pictures, very comfortable and decorated nicely. The porches are a fun place to read and relax. The upstairs has a great area for kids to hang out because of the additional TV/living room space. The kitchen is lovely, large and well equipped. If you want all the amenities of Watercolor and a close walk to Seaside this is perfect.

    Great location. House was just as advertised. Only issue we had was AC went out upstairs and we were without AC for two nights. Staff was great in assisting with our issue, but those two nights were very long and hot. Would definitely come back and stay again.

    Great house with lots of space. Location was great. In Watercolor, but super close to Seaside - about a 3 minute bike ride. Also rode bikes to Grayton for breakfast and dinner. Loved the pool at Watercolor Beach club. Amazing week!

    Beautiful home in great location! Decorated very nicely and comfortable/relaxing for us as well. Kids loved it as they could walk to Seaside on their own. Loved that there were plenty of towels so we did not have to do laundry while there!
