A renovated 1-bed / 1-bath hideaway with a private yard, nestled in Park Circle — one of the Charleston area's most vibrant neighborhoods.

Tucked into a quiet street in Park Circle, this freshly renovated space strikes the right balance between modern comfort and laid-back charm. You'll have the whole place to yourself — including a fully enclosed backyard patio, a gas grill, and everything you need to actually relax.

Park Circle is one of the Charleston area's mostwalkable neighborhoods, with breweries, distilleries, wine bars, and great restaurants all within a short stroll. Downtown Charleston is ten minutes away. Beaches are twenty to thirty.

The Space:
Hidden Gem is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. The bedroom is snug with a queen bed, fresh linens, towels, and a newly installed 50 TV. The bathroom includes a separate shower room. The main living area combines the kitchen, dining, and living room in one open space — with a breakfast bar (2 stools), a dining table for two, and a dedicated coffee station that's fully stocked on arrival.

A memory-foam sleeper sofa adjusts to three positions, making the space work comfortably for your group - and doubling as a second sleeping option. There's also an in-unit washer & dryer with detergent provided, and high-speed WiFi if you need to work remotely.

Out Back:
A new furnished patio with seating and a gas grill with cooking utensils — ideal for evenings in.

Getting Around:
- Downtown Charleston: 10 min drive
- Isle of Palms / Sullivan's Island / Folly Beach: 20–30 min drive
- Charleston Airport: 10 min drive
- Credit One Stadium (live music & tennis): 10 min drive
- Riverfront Park: 5 min walk; home to the High Water Festival and the restaurant MOMO

Address: 4201 Spruill Ave

- Odd Duck Market:
A cafe and small provisions market that's become one of Park Circle's most beloved spots. So popular that a line often forms outside.
Address: 1082 E Montague Ave

Rye old-fashioned + the burger. Don't miss happy hour.

Great beer, trivia nights, live music, and Swig & Swine BBQ on site. Navy Town ale + smoked brisket sausage.

The house is very nice and clean. The fenced in area is great for pets and for privacy. The location is perfect for accessing park circle, credit one stadium, and just a short drive to other Charleston sights. We loved our stay and appreciate the home’s kind and hospitable host. We would definitely stay again!

The home is small but that was our expectation. Interior was well-kept, nice, clean & comfortable. The futon in the living room is a bit worn but the rest were in great shape.Exterior, the yard needed a trim as the weeds were high. The landscape was nice and we appreciate enough exterior light when we came home in the dark. For future guests, Google map will not take you to the home as it sits in the back. Just read the owners description & look for the house with blue door. This unit sits behind it. For the owner, we appreciate the stay A few suggestions: a small microwave oven would be nice. Because the shower head points right at the entry/shower curtain, a drying stone mat might be better. Also, a plug in nightlight would be nice in case guests forgot to pack their own like I did. Overall, I would give 5 stars for the value, location and cleanliness.

We had a great stay! The house is tiny but very cute, clean, and well maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants. The yard was perfect for our dog, and there’s a nice park nearby for walks. Would definitely stay again!
