Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

    Host (Duvet) was very responsive and helpful during our stay! House was great for our month-long stay in the Charleston area. Walking distance to a park and a dog park. Near Park Circle restaurants and not that far from downtown Charleston. House had a lovely fenced backyard.

    We had a great stay while our home was under renovation. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the best of Park Circle. The house is as described and matched the photos. We were happy with our stay.

    I hosted my friends for a small gathering to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the perfect space to play Uno and Taboo. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Everything was exactly as it was listed. And the location was close to so many great local spots. The host was responsive and kind. I would absolutely recommend this home and would stay there again!

    The house is cute, nice layout. Limited kitchen supplies if you like to cook. Nice parks close by. The train can be heard, you get use it. Communication with the management company started great, ended as fair. The outside amenities had some shortcomings, the grill needed a lot of cleaning to use, some of the outside chairs were wobbly, the backyard was a nice size, and the corn-hole boards were not useable. Various bugs found around the house. Location is convenient to many of the north downtown area. The pictures are a good representation of the actual house.

    My husband, son and I traveled to Charleston for a family reunion. The house is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures and was very spacious. The check in process was very easy and the host communicated with us regularly to make sure things were going well. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the outlets and many local stores. I would highly recommend this home! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay.
