ParadisePlace (4bdm/3 brm W/Hot Tub & Jacuzzi

For the price, this VRBO was outstanding. We visit South Florida every year for college homecomings, and this was one of the best stays we’ve had. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip and would highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

I was a little disappointed with the back bathroom it was not modern it looked like an quick addition I did not use it it was over all small and the shower was SMALL and i didn't even want to take a shower in that bathroom. The linens were not clean we washed them. the pillows were flat and stained some of the food was expired (the grits). The pictures give a different vibe and i think that is deceiving we never got to meet you like you said. I just suggest that you upgrade some of furniture and instruct cleaners to clean they left tags and trash in the decorative vase. i would definitely start steam cleaning the furniture after the house is rented out to avoid body odor and keep it fresh. It is a lovely home highlights are the pool and hot tub just some things need to be improved.

Our family had a great stay at Winston’s place, everything was as described. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed to cook meals and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The backyard was gorgeous and so relaxing. The property is off a main road so traffic driving by can be heard but the yard is well enclosed with gorgeous foliage.

Excellent location, very clean, so much space! Traveled to an area where friends live with our kids and brother in law. More than enough living space with excellent outdoor living and pool area. Close to attractions but off the main road for a quiet yard. We will be back!

The host is very accommodating and friendly. House was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was very clean as well.

Host communication was great. When and if issues arose, our Host was willing to get it figured out asap for you to enjoy your stay. Excellent hospitality and the location was great. Not far from beach, shops, or restaurants!

Host was very attentive, always a message away. The pool and yard had a great set up with great hedge fencing and shady trees.

Location is great from airport or to Hollywood Beach. The pool is definitely a good size. We had an issue with the heat in pool but it was addressed when we let him know. Definitely enough room for a group of people. House definitely worked out for the few days we were there!!

Winston was a fantastic host. Home was great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to navigate.

From the Mr....One bathroom tub is very slippery, one bathroom fan is dead, and there is an iguana on the roof that makes creepy noises. Note.... The iguana is part of the charm and the noise isn't really creepy once you know who is telling you about his kingdom!!!On the up side, the pool and hot tub are very nice, the back yard is well screened off by the vegetation, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and functional, the two living room set up is great for separating conversations, the driveway has space for three cars, the location is really convenient to 3 highways, local main roads, and suburban streets, there is public parking for a nominal fee at the public beach a straight shot down the main drag, the ac and heat were perfect, 3 airports are nearby. This is a really good property. I am grateful to have been able to stay there with my family for the week.My two cents...I would not plan on the pool for toddlers. It is a little deep for the really young ones. But it is perfect for young swimmers and up. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The loungers were great and the pool rings were a pleasant surprise. Plenty of good sized towels. The hot tub was fantastic too. It is on a corner and the street is busy. But the yard is well secluded by thick vegetation. Plenty of amenities, appliances, extra bedding etc. Excellent communication.We had a fantastic week. Strongly recommend this property and this host.

Kitchen well equipped, shrubbery & trees overpowering the borders kept mosquitoes near. Corner home on 56th st. a through fair.

The house is VERY outdated and some of the needs to be addressed…The inside door handle to the front door had black tape all around the nob (easy to replace).The gas grill was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned and was all rusted and wouldn’t light.. I contacted the host at 7 PM in the evening and he texted me back at 3:45am to tell me the grill works!! Also, the lightbulb In the refrigerator had to be replaced and in two of the bathrooms… we felt all of this should’ve been addressed prior to arrival….

Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. House could use some updating and TLC.

Beautiful clean home quite neighborhood great communication with Winston this home is very kid friendly great for big families like ours we enjoyed our stay.

The stay was great, Winston was great host to my family and I. I will always stay there now.

Good quick trip

Our host, Winston, was great. He was easy to get ahold of when need and answer all our questions. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. bathrooms were clean. Great fluffy towels. The pool was a huge hit as we played in it several days during our stay. I am a cook so I found the kitchen needed a few more supplies in order to prepare meals.Overall we had a great time in Hollywood Hills Florida!!

The house was as described, it was clean and had an abundance of extra pillows,blankets,towels, dishes,glasses, etc. The pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was very nice and easy to use

Home was perfect for everyone to have their own space, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor area is your own little paradise with pool, hot tub and wonderful seating area. Our host, Winston was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

Great location, clean and well equipped house for our getaway. The pool was definitely a hit! Great time, great host.
