Paradise w/ Views! Hot Tub, Firepit, AC, 3 Patios

Water handle in the shower installed improperly. I scalded my hand when I went to check the water temp thinking it was on the colder setting. Told the property manager about it and he said “sorry”. Old pizza in the microwave. No parking on the street even though I was told there was “always parking available” in front of the house. Mattresses were all very firm and uncomfortable Didn’t know there was another tenant living under the house. Listing said we had the whole house to ourselves, so we were worried about making noise. Neighbors had barking dogs. Construction being done on the street in front of the house. Drawer face on one of the bathroom drawers came off and dropped on my sisters foot causing an abrasion. House was nicely renovated, but there were a few things that weren’t disclosed with the property. I probably would have chosen a different house had I known.

We loved the convenience of this home, and the amenities Alan had available for us. It was all close to where we wanted to hang out; Balboa Park, Little Italy, etc...All of the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living room were wonderful. I would recommend.

Such a nice getaway! The hot tub was a bonus!

Me and my family needed a quick getaway from the Vegas heat and this house was perfect. The house was clean and in a great location to everything, the airport, the beach, and all the other attractions. I have to say, my favorite thing was the view from the deck in the evening and in the morning. We would love to stay here again.

I came to San Diego for my 70th birthday and was joined by friends and family from both coasts. The location was perfect for people to drop by and hang out, and we took advantage of the patio and grill for a fun family cookout. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Cute little home, just the right size for our family of 4. Keypad entry was easy to navigate and the owner was responsive to my messages. Kids loved sitting outside on the decks. Everything was clean and in good condition, though the metal poster bed frame needs tightening because it makes a LOT of noise with the slightest movement. Great location just uphill from the airport - you hear some flight pattern noise, after a day or two we got used to it. Residential neighborhood feel but we could get anywhere we wanted to go in 10-15 minutes max, and we appreciated the proximity to both the freeway and shopping. Spot for one car is available in the small driveway. Street parking is also an option - we observed the spots directly in front of the house seemed to always be taken by other neighbors. There is a tenant who lives in the lower level of the home which wasn't totally clear from the listing, however we almost never heard them during our 5 day stay. Overall would recommend and return to this place!

After moving away from San Diego a few years ago, we decided to take a couple of friends back with us for a long weekend. Wanted a centrally located property and this fit the bill perfectly. House was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was great with friendly neighbors and lots of dogs. Easy access to downtown and freeways. Check-in was simple and the manager made it easy to get in and stay there. Great place.

We went to zoo and sea world and this place was great location from them and few beaches.
