Paradise Villas #2: Beachfront bliss with endless ocean views and pool access

The decor is authentic and beautiful! The common areas are kept clean and neat! The view from the bedroom is priceless! You get 3 bathrooms and the water pressure is great! You have everything you need but being food and condiments because it's a druve to get to a store! Beautiful and peaceful!

Excellent property! We had two couples and it was very comfortable. Love the beachfront location. The refrigerator struggled to get cool when we first arrived and loaded it up, but the property manager was very responsive and made sure it was running properly. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 3 days with my kids (9 & 11). The condo was very clean & all the towels and sheets smelled nice. The beds and couch were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and the property manager and service tech were so friendly. We had a small issue with one of the appliances but they arrived and fixed it withIn 20 of my call. The pool was pristine everyday and the beach was heavenly!

We prefer rentals that have key boxes, Oceana rentals require an extra 40 min of driving into town to pick up a key and the same to return. We needed more than a thin coverlet for the 3 beds since it was November. The kitchen had one towel and a used sponge, but no paper towels ...the agency was very responsive and sent one blanket a sponge, and towels the next day. The lights were out under the stove and counter, the upstairs shower handles would not move. The handyman came promptly and promised to fix them the following day but never returned. I have to say that the shower pressure on the functioning shower was excellent. The cleaning ladies were very professional and quite helpful. We love these villas. Quiet, lovely views, and just steps from a beautiful beach. We stay here a couple of times a year.

We are long time renters of Paradise Villas but have never stayed in this particular villa. The moment we walked in, we noticed how clean it was, how cool it was and have beautifully decoraded it was. There was plenty of towels and pillows and the master bed was so comfy. Will definitely rent this place again!!

Great place to stay a bit far from down town but that's OK had the beach to ourselves. One thing i did not like was them leaving instructions for us to throw out trash and do the dishes. We go on vacation so we don't have to do that. But if that's the only beef this is a great place

The location is great, units are ok with a backyard size pool, no lounge chairs so take your own. This unit smells like second hand store: terrible mattresses, tarnished sheets and blankets, old ripped towels, old dirty couches full or old/dry sunscreen, chipped dishes, just terrible. Only 1 old TV in the place. Dirty shower walls and floors. We made the best out of it, but not satisfied with the value/quality for the price. We have stayed in way nicer places with way more amenities for the same price in this town. DO NOT RECOMMEND
