Paradise Village Resort 103: Resort View, Private Hot Tub, Short Walking distance to Resort

We have stayed here the past 2 years, and I've already booked again for next year over Spring Break. We love the house, as it fits our family well. Everyone loves the pool and the fire pit. The house has good proximity to other places as well. The ice maker was a great addition this year. The info sent to me by text & email have been great, and I get an immediate response if I have a question.

We would have loved to give this rental a higher rating, but a few issues were unacceptable. The first is the cushions on the outdoor furniture. They are absolutely disgusting and need to be replaced. We didn't want to even sit on them. Second, the towels are old, worn, discolored and a few stained. They also need to be replaced. We were unable to get the wifi working for two days. We sent a message to the management, but did not receive any information about this back. My son-in-law finally found the router behind the door in the laundry room and was able to reset it. There really should be an information booklet included in the unit with information as to where to find the router and also how to use the fire pit. We also had problems with the microwave not working.

Everything we needed wa there. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the grill. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The property was close to many beautiful short hikes.Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great time with the entire family. There were things to keep kids from ages 4-18 busy, and plenty of space to grill/cook for 25+ people. The teens had their own arcade area upstairs and played board games on the upstairs patio. The little ones floated for hours in the lazy river. I was pleasantly surprised by how little the video games and TVs were used during our trip thanks to many other options.

The house was great.

Perfect house and location for our large group. We loved the pool and the games in the house. Used the fire pit every night. Plenty of linens. Easy check-in-check out and quick answers to any questions I had. Will come back again!

House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

We had a wonderful time this weekend. There was plenty of room and so many things for everyone to do. We own 40 apartments and so we take pride on making sure everything is in top shape, so we wanted to make you aware of some things that need attention in this home. When we arrived, there was a terrible pet oder. We noticed the carpets were pretty dirty and could really use a good carpet cleaning throughout the house. That would really help with the oder. When we went out to the garage, there was a horrible mildew smell. It seemed to be coming from the utility room out there. One of the bedroom closet door upstairs is broken. None of the ice makers were working so we had to buy our own ice. One of the drawers in the fridge is broken as well as the bottom side door that holds catsup, mustard etc. Other than those items, the home is wonderful and we will definately stay there again. We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

We had 25 people all staying together in the house. Everyone LOVED the house, the pool, the area. Those who prepared the house were exceptional. All my family can't wait to stay there again.

We have stayed here the past 2 years over spring break. It fits our family well. We love that it's across the street from the pool and slides. We love the large kitchen table, the fire pit and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms with attached baths is great. We have already booked it again for next spring break! We had to buy a few more rolls of paper towels and a box of tall kitchen bags. No ice maker, but we bought ice.

Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house has good proximity to the water parks within the resort community. You can certainly tell it has been frequently used. It was large enough for the entire family.

We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. The location is great and is always clean. It has most things we have needed stocked there as well.
