Stayed Mar 30, 2026The place was great. We had a group of 20 and had plenty of space. We didn't do much cooking but found everything we needed when we did. The hot tub was fun to have right outside. We enjoyed the two pools available as well as the pickleball courts at the park next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 5, 2026My group had an amazing time making memories. The rooms were large, plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was spacious and had plenty of space to cook for a big group. We had such a good time with or group of 22 girls. Thank you for allowing us to stay and I recommend it fully!

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Overall, this is a lovely place, good location that has great amenities. It is very large and will accommodate a lot of people. It is close to a park and the pools are fun for kids. Our only complaint is that we felt like the floors were not very clean.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024They apparently had a fast turnaround and the place was not very clean. There were things broken like the hot tub lid and it kept blowing off. The place is worn down but still livable. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty. But it was big enough to fit my whole family comfortably and we did have a great time.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The water park was MUCH BETTER than expected. It is like a major hotel pool or better! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which made life much easier. Dual A/C controls - one on each level - excellent. Very roomy. Teenagers loved the bunk room. Even though it was record heat in St. George - 115 degrees - the house was comfy cool. Check in Check out was seamless. We are planning to return for sure!
