Very clean. Perfect place for our family to enjoy Christmas together.

Dish's all chipped. Towels need replaced. Pans in kitchen worn out. Cleanliness was good. Overall condition was fair

This house fit the needs of our group for a Fall Break trip and Tuacahn. The bedroom configuration was great. The living/dining/kitchen were a great size. Patio and balcony were great. The games in the garage and extra fridge were a nice benefit. The hot tub was clean but didn't seem to be in top notch working order. Jets were wonky. We felt like the house was unorganized. Lots of extra pillows but found only a couple of pillowcases. There were so many kitchen utensils it was hard to find what you needed. Could have used more kitchen towels. Some of the plates were chipped beyond usable. A couple of glasses had big cracks in them. Good thing there were lots. Glad there were extra blankets because the comforters on the beds were way too heavy to sleep with. The good outweighed the bad but it definitely caused some frustrations.

I want to be very fair to Red Sands. They did a great job as the property management firm and meeting our concerns. The floor plan is awesome. In fact I don't think the pictures do it justice with how big the house feels. It was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The amenities were great. The only complaint we had was how dirty the house was. If I could post pictures, I would. Upon check-in we found hair on the walls and on the drain in multiple showers, the carpets were nasty with stains and dirt. We had to wear sandals everywhere inside because we noticed the kids feet just black from all the dirt. When we reached out Red Sands the offered to reimburse for any mopping equipment but said we are sorry and working with the property owner to get the carpets cleaned. If I was looking to rent this unit I would ask when the last time the carpets were deep cleaned or if they were replaced. Yes the dirty carpets were that bad that it's holding the review down. Great house, in a great location, but the house needs to be deep cleaned bad and also needs the carpets to potentially replaced in the large family living room.

It was such a fun house and area! It was super easy to check in and when we had questions they were so quick to answer!

This house was amazing! With all the bedrooms and amenities it was perfect for our family and friends to stay the host were fantastic to work with. Without hesitation they answered my questions and adressed my concerns. House was clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again. Or at least in another red sands property.

Our family of 14 ranged in age from 3 to 77! The home was on a single level with 5 beds/5 baths! The bunk room provided space for the littles. The family/living/kitchen area was open & spacious for food, fun & games! The hot tub was a bonus! Many happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Easy check in, nice quiet place to stay

Everything was as listed. We love staying at Paradise Village!
