A ground-level one-bedroom, one-bath Key West Old Town condo located in the Palm Gardens community in the heart of the Art District and just eight blocks from Duval Street and the Historic Seaport.

Paradise Place is part of a group of historic homes which have undergone a complete renovation. This lovely property offers hardwood floors and cabinets, a granite kitchen countertop, and a beautifully tiled bath.

When you open the door you enter the living room which has a queen-size sleeper sofa and 50-inch HDTV. The kitchen, just off the living room, is compact and includes all the conveniences of home, so preparing a meal is simple. The bedroom is just off the hall, with a king-size bed and TV to watch movies in bed! At the end of the hall is the bathroom with a romantic walk-in shower for two.

Paradise Place is comfy and cozy, decorated with art from around the island; you definitely get the feeling of relaxed comfort. The exterior is just as relaxing with a garden surrounded by lush tropical foliage and an intimate dipping pool shared between the compound community. It's clear Paradise Place was built to remove the stress of the real world. So now that you are ready for your Key West vacation, Paradise Place is the starting point for your adventure to begin!

- This home has access to a shared pool and BBQ Grill. The HOA is responsible for the upkeep of both and we can not circumvent that.
- This home allows 1 pet for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

- Any reservations 28 days or longer will require additional clean/cleans to be scheduled. Additional payment will be collected and the amount of cleans will depend on the length of your stay.
- All bookings 28 days or longer require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.

- Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.

Pets:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    First time staying in this particular unit. It is part of a 5 unit complex (two buildings) located on White St near Truman. We have stayed in 2 other units of the 5. We like this location as it is walkable to Duval in 20-30 minutes but far enough away to be fairly quiet in the evenings (more on that). The place is well appointed with a full kitchen, a walk in shower, 2 large TVs and access to a shared pool. Note this unit is the only one of the five without a private hot tub. It's also about 10 minutes from the free Duval Loop bus so that's an option if you don't want to walk. One thing we noticed that seemed different from past stays is the traffic on White St. Being a main street of course there is traffic during busy periods. What was different was that in the evening the sounds of scooters and motorcycles speeding by seemed louder. That may be due to the unit's front porch being closer to the road and on ground level.Nonetheless the unit worked out well for us and was convenient to favorite places.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The front porch was a great place to hang out and the sofa bed had extra cushioning so it was very comfortable. Parking in Key West is tricky, but when we called the local AvantStay support folks, they were very helpful in explaining the restrictions and helping us find free parking near the unit. We were even lucky enough to park directly in front of the unit for part of our stay.

    We’ve always stayed on Duval until this time and I don’t think we’ll stay on Duval again. It was nice to be a 5 minute scooter ride to old town, and have a larger, quieter space when we arrived home. The house was excellent, comfortable bed, and set up with several “extra touch” amenities. The property including the pool was very well maintained as well. Just a block away from Sandy’s Cafe for morning Americano and smoothie needs. We absolutely loved it as our home base for adventure.

    The property and location was very nice. The pool, however, was very dirty and unusable. Only one of the jets was working. Disappointed since the pool was advertised as part of the package and was part of the cost of our stay.

    We enjoyed our stay. They were communicative and helpful throughout. I like that they didnt have a crazy list of things to do before checking out like other rentals. Relaxing spot. We've stayed upstairs before. This unit was nice as well. They also helped me get shirts that I left back. 5 ?

    We really enjoyed our stay at this Key West style condo, however if you intend to travel with kids and stay for a few nights I don’t recommend it. If you are travelling with kids, I recommend you rent a golf cart because the property is a few blocks from Duval Street. However, if you do rent a golf cart, you might have some difficulties finding parking for it. There is parking along the street of the property, but it is in the first come first serve basis.
