Stayed Feb 12, 2026The property was in good condition and amenities were good. There was a little confusion around how the spa/hot tub worked but once we got it figured out all was very good!

Stayed Feb 6, 2025We flew in for the Nickelback concert Phoenix Open the house was in the perfect location. Check in was a breeze, aside from the front door code not working, the pool was great for the kids - it had them entertained for hours. The bunk room is also amazing for a group of kids - sleepovers every night!Our only issues were not being able to adjust the upstairs thermostat, it was so hot up there (76.) The property managers did communicate in regard to this, however there was never a solution those that slept up there were very restless. There are several tile pieces in the floor baseboards/tile that are not grouted in anymore. Overall it was a great house for our group, we would definitely book it again!

Stayed Dec 10, 2022Beautiful home for entertaining, in a lovely neighborhood. Well appointed. Last review I read said it was cold. I wrote ahead asking about the temperature. They said that had been addressed. Arrived with family, and key code did not work. Had to reach customer service who advised of one last thing they left off. So finally got in. Glad customer service was available. Same day, the temp got cold in the house and the pool was not heated to the temp it was supposed to be. Contacted customer service again. Someone came out. Day 2, house cold again. Same thing: contacted customer service, someone came out. Heat worked for a finite time frame. Day 3: cold again. the first person they sent said this was over his skillset. He bought electric heaters, and we set them up for warmth. The 2nd person sent said the same thing: this was beyond his level. The 3rd person sent was a true HVAC person who said the system was wired wrong. He repaired it. By then, most of my guests had returned home. This was a graduation event. I spent more time on customer service and maintenance ppl than with my guests. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. When I contacted customer service for some kind of monetary concession, as this stay was not inexpensive-- I was advised by Marinah James these were minor issues and I had signed an agreement and they had people working trying to make it right, and that it was not common to have these type issues.. Which means to me, they have wiped their hands of this. Buyer Beware.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a team retreat for 6 adults. The house was sufficient for our purposes but there were some surprises we were not prepared for: 1. The house was freezing. The temperature outside had cooled off but the property manager did not adjust the air conditioning, nor did they give us access to the temperature in the house until we asked. They had to send someone over to unlock the thermostat. not very convenient. 2. We wanted to use the spa (hot tub) but were told we were supposed to pay in advance at the time of signing the contract. That was never offered during the contract signing period. The property manager was notified to turn on the heat in the spa, but by the time we used it (in the evening), it had already cooled down. So we wasted $50 on a spa we never used. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022This house and property exceeded our expectations. With 5 ‘master’ bedrooms, it was perfect in that no one got a bad room. Plenty of space to spread out; pool and spa were excellent. Will come back again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2022This home is beautiful and appeared to be recently remodeled. Plenty of space for a large group. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was very nice and we enjoyed taking morning walks around the neighborhood. Highly recommend this home and would stay again.
