A short 12 minutes drive will take you to downtown and in just 15 minutes you will be at the beach. Many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, are just 3 minutes away. Near US 80 you can easily move around Savannah. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood this place is the perfect location for you.

Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully decorated house is fully equipped to provide you with the ideal vacation experience. Step inside and be greeted by natural sunlight illuminating the dining table, followed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring a high dining table and a precious bay window offering an amazing view over the patio. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living room, and through it, you can access the wooden deck, where our third dining table and a grill with smoker await for you to enjoy a barbecue.

Each bedroom in this house is designed to provide ultimate comfort. You`ll find comfy beds with soft linens, extra pillows, HD TVs, closets with hangers, mirrors, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom boasts a private bath, while the second and third bedrooms are located down the hall and share a bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

The backyard is truly the jewel of this house. Nestled under the shade of beautiful trees and overlooking a serene pond, it offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind, perhaps even while enjoying a cozy campfire.

This home is located in a safe, quiet family neighborhood conveniently on Island Express Way (US80) with convenience store and restaurants just 3 minutes away.

This is a residential/family community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other neighbors during your stay.

A few meters from the house is the YMCA sports center, you can use the running trails at no additional cost. If you are a YMCA member you can make use of the sports facilities as well.

CREDIT CARD FEES. Any credit card fees charged by credit card companies in connection with payments made for the booking, including transaction fees or service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.

The property requires a $500 temporary hold at check‑in. This is not an extra fee; it’s a refundable authorization that is automatically released to the same card after checkout, provided there are no damages.
Parking: Two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the street.
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.

    Oscar was wonderful to deal with. The property was clean, inside and out. The beds, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside firepit area and patio. The house is close to everything we needed. It's nestled in a nice neighborhood between downtown and Tybee Island, so you are just minutes away from everything.

    Clean!!! That is always impressive when booking with a pet friendly space. It was functional and the yard was a pretty big bonus!!! My family and I was there to drop our daughter off for her first semester of college and it comfoting to return to a place that felt like a good hug.

    I am giving this listing a 5-star based on the communication with the property owner/manager telling me he would fix the low-pressure shower situation. That would be my only complaint. The house is adorable. The backyard was a great place to hang out by the fire. It slept 5 adult women comfortably for my 50th birthday celebration trip. It is close to Walmart/Publix & other restaurants & shops. If ever in Savannah, I would be happy to stay again (if the shower is fixed lol). Thank you, Oscar!

    Our stay was short but house was cute, clean and as described. My only disappointment was the back yard. There is fence on 2 sides but at the end of the yard was open to an area of marsh/pond. Our dogs wanted to get in the water and I was concerned for safety so we had them on their leash whenever we were out. Oscar did not respond until the next day when I had a question about the code for the door but as far as the property goes, comfortable beds, and it is as it appears in the pictures

    Fun and charming location. The house was spacious for our family of six. We loved roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit in the back yard. I loved the view of the waterway and the backyard foliage. The kids loved having TVs in every bedroom and the living room. I appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen, the dishwasher with plenty of dishwasher soap packets, and the washer/dryer which also had plenty of detergent packets. The showers and tubs were warm and clean, and the beds and sofas were comfortable. We liked that we were near grocery stores and restaurants. Molly McGuire's was absolutely delicious.We were able to visit both Savannah and Tybee with ease.

    The property was as described and fit our needs very well. The home was very clean which makes my stay much more comfortable. Lots of fans and good working air conditioning which is also important with humid temperatures. Easily accessible to Tybee, Savannah and surrounding areas. The YMCA has a great trail and is close by. We would stay here again when in area.
