Stayed Nov 26, 2025Had a wonderful time with family for the Holidays. The views from the home are beautiful and the property is peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the area and Noculula Falls and the Christmas lights in the park. We explored Rome Ga also. We had a wonderful time. we will definitely book again. Just wonderful and my parents had a wonderful time.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We had a tennis tournament in Rome, GA and stayed at this lake house. After playing each day it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake, which was incredible. The host was responsive although the check in and out was easy and everything went smoothly. This was my first VRBO booking and I was super pleased with the whole experience.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned and linens had not been washed. Owner’s wife came right away and took care of that. Owners were great, house was great. Owner offered an extra night.
