Stayed Jun 8, 2026You will need to pack everything you might need or want for your stay in terms of any kind of toiletries. Usually there is hotel style soap and shampoo in a VRBO but none was provided at this location. All in all, though, a wonderful stay. I wouldn’t try to stay with more that 6 people total though the listing says sleeps up to 8, unless you really don’t mind it feeling crowded. It really is a nice location though and there were only 3 of us. I was there with 2 of my teenage kiddos. We really enjoyed our time, just wish we had known to bring our own soap and coffee filters. Will know for next time!

Stayed May 18, 2025We love staying here because the beach is less crowded than other areas around. The townhome is well maintained, clean, and perfect for our needs. This is our second stay and we will keep booking for as long as it is available!! The owners are very honest and communicate well. If I could change anything, and it’s not related to the townhome, I would ask Florida to change the steps for the walkway to the beach to a ramp. Other than that, it’s 1,00% perfect!

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The property was easy to find and access. However, it was not very clean. The tile floor on the first floor looked swept but not mopped. The stairs and upstairs carpeting have several stains. The bathroom connected to the 2 bed bedroom - toilet was running and needs repair, the shower liner had mildew and the floor mat had a lot of sand, showing it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The Master bedroom bathroom was wiped down, but the shower stall needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen had many useful appliances, however in the description it states spices, but only had salt and pepper. The patio was great, private and gave a chance to be outside and enjoy the evening, plus gave access to another route to the beach. The property was very close to Navarre Beach which we enjoyed. We did not use the pool.
