Great stay! Would stay again.

This is the perfect area to enjoy a family vacation. We brought our 247 Sportsman down and stayed 3 months. The Jacobs Aquatic Center and and Key Largo park are right at the end of the street. Ice Cream and Divers Direct, Subway, Family Dollar and many restaurants within walking distance. The 2 balconies are perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Plenty of bathrooms. Things to Note. There is No above ground pool. Im not sure why the description of this home said it did. It is also a duplex. Although there were great homeowners on the other side, this is a duplex. Expect to share your vacation.

We found the Paradise House to be delightful. It was the perfect getaway with all the amenities to feel at home. Isachy was a wonderful host, getting us situated and she welcomed us to make the most of our stay. As described in the listing, great outdoor living area for get togethers. Main floor with full kitchen, living room and half bath. Sliding doors take you to the balcony with canal views. Upstairs has 2 master bedrooms, each with access to the third level balcony overlooking the canal. Great welcoming neighborhood, within close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and canal bars. Also, at the end of the street is a beautiful park with a community pool, walking trail, disc golf, soccer, baseball, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and exercise classes. The Paradise House is an Island gem for your next South Florida vacation. Highly recommended!

As I'm writing this, I am back in below freezing temperatures. Our stay at this property during the covid pandemic was wonderful and it was the best way we could have celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We drove down from Michigan and our kids were able to join us safely. The home was extremely clean and we'll set up for our month long stay. Because of the way the duplex was set up, our kids and grandkids could stay with us without tripping over each other. The lower level had a bathroom with a walk-in shower, which kept the swimming pool mess to a minimum. The outside tables, tv, refrigeratorand grill were great for our family gatherings and the balconies were great places for solitude. We rented a pontoon boat and brought our dinghy and were able to tie up in the canal behind the house. We felt safe enough in the neighbourhood to let our teenage and preteen grandkids roam. We brought 2 bikes and there were 2 other bikes there available to use and they all got plenty of use. My family loved the near by park as well. Only two problems and they couldn't possibly be controlled. I have a knee injury and all of the stairs were very difficult. Also, the neighbourhood was constantly under construction. There were power tools, leaf blowers and even Jack hammers. A quiet vacation; it was not, but it was a truly fun and memorable vacation. I would highly recommend this property.

Can’t say enough about this house! House super clean and in a perfect location. Perfect for fisherman or family vacation. They have storage for tackle and a nice cleaning table with sink. The canal behind house is 3 mins from the jetty to the ocean side. Great location to multiple restaurants and grocery store. The property contact is super friendly and was super helpful if ever needed. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for me and my family. The pool was a great added bonus after a full day on the boat. Great canal access to Ocean and close proximity to reefs on the outskirts of John Pennekamp as well as Rodriguez Key. The house is close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. It’s a short drive to Miami, if needed. The owner met us at the house to provide us the keys and tour of the house. Thank you for your hospitality. We would definitely rent again.
