Stayed Mar 8, 2025Great stay! Home was very comfortable. We loved the dock. Lots of sea life to watch including a little nurse shark one afternoon. We kayaked and fished every day. Owner gave us tips on where to go for meals and activities. Communication was fantastic.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025Location, location, location. Great property! We could kayak right from the property's beach...in fact a porpoise swam with us for nearly 2 miles as we kayaked back to our beach! We could also see both the Gulf and the Ocean from the property's balconies. Interior was bright and comfortable. We could bicycle to Anne's Beach and also to Robbies. And there were many great restaurants within a few miles of the property. Excellent!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024As yearly visitors to Islamorada, this is the best house we have ever stayed in! Location is perfect for our boat and lobstering. House is very spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Nice amenities that all work! Everett is a terrific host and kept us informed at each step. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024Very nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked with basics. Only surprise was the steep narrow spiral staircase to access the upper bedroom, it was not mentioned or shown in the listing. Overall nice hime, great location, and the host was quick to respond.
