PARADISE FOR FAMILIES!!! POOL/HOT TUB, trampoline, grassy yard, play room, toys!

The house was perfect for our family of six. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Great location and close to family in Newport Beach. The owners have made the home very livable and relaxing. Gabe and Jenny were very timely in responding to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family property that was a great place to stay. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were fantastic for our kids and grandkids. The house had everything we needed to have a great time and the owners were very helpful if we needed to know anything about the area.

Our family enjoyed our stay! It was clean, organized, and the beds were comfy! Our kids loved all the pool toys and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches for family beach days! Would recommend to other families for sure!

This was our SECOND time staying at this property...we come to CA each year, and consistently find a new home every year. I hope to continue renting this house indefinitely. It perfectly suits my father, my wife and I, and our 3 young children. Great location, great house (w/pool and spa), plenty of room, and the family that owns the place is very attentive to any communications or needs...they simply go out of their way to make sure the stay is perfect, which it certainly was again.

We loved our stay, traveling with four kids and nanny. Plenty of room and our 10 year old and 4 year old spent hours on the trampoline. It was really nice to have the access to the pool toys for the kids - they were endlessly occupied (my son wanted to leave Disney to go back to the house). I didn't know what to think of location before we got there but walked daily to the local coffee shop, grocery store was a few minutes away, and then a great strip of restaurants and shops was 5 minutes away. Freeway accessibility was nice as we were traveling to a couple of places around Newport. Owners were very accommodating!

We come out to southern Cali every year to visit family. Every year we have rented a different home. We hope to stop searching in the future, and to rent this home each year moving forward. We have 3 young children, and they loved the playroom, bunk beds, pool and spa. Its only 3 miles to newport pier, right down the street from the OC fairgrounds, and only took 25 min to get to Knotts Berry. Great location. The owners are a family similar to ours, and were quite friendly and helpful when we needed to add 3 additional days to our vacation last minute...they accommodated it quickly.

If you are a family with children looking for a wonderful Costa Mesa home in which to spend your vacation time, we would highly recommend this rental. Three generations of our family recently stayed here for over a week. The hosts of this home were very accessible and helpful. They offered details of the rental property in preparation for our stay, as well as in written literature in the home, and provided us with their helpful recommendations for activities and the availability of local services. The house is very comfortable and especially welcoming for children with loads of toys and activities for them, including the backyard swimming pool. The hosts were generous with the availability of beach and swimming supplies. Plenty of room for cooking and dining either inside or outside, and for sleeping arrangements. Great location for the beach and accessing tourist attractions. You'll enjoy your stay!

The house was beautiful, and very roomy, accommodated our entire family of 1, was able to cook and eat and relax and enjoy our family time in the pool and hot tub which was awesome The house location was perfectly located, close to all the attractions we planned Owners checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed and that everything was great for our time there. They offered many helpful suggestions for the area Highly recommend!!! ❤️ Can’t thank the owners enough!

Our family of 6 had plenty of space. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent most of our days there. The location is great…close to the freeway and about 10 minutes to beach. The owners were helpful and responsive. We had never rented a house that was the actual home of the renters. It added a little stress to have their stuff around and trying to keep our kids out of everything. That is one thing to keep in mind when renting this house.

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and we loved everything about this house. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly and there are pool toys for everyone. The playroom was amazing, keeping our grandchildren happy for hours. The home was immaculate and looked exactly as described. Large rooms, big kitchen, quiet neighborhood with private backyard. The owner was wonderfully clear with instructions and available for questions. This is the best vrbo we've ever stayed at and we WILL be back!
