Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.
