Paradise - Coldwater/North Lake Rental - Monthly/Weekly /4 day off season

This was our 4rth year at this beautiful lake home and as always we enjoyed everyday with fishing for bass, bluegill, rockbass, pike, etc. The home is well stocked with everything we needed for our family gathering. Played games on the wonderful wrap around porch with all the seating we needed. Many new upgrades this year in furniture, standing ice machine, patio set, newly remodeled bathroom, rocker in main floor bedroom. Everything was comfy and so felt like home! Loved it!!

Would stay here again!

Real nice place. Dock was great to use as this was fishing trip for 7 guys and three boats. Pool table provided us good entertainment. Amenities were great with well stocked kitchens and patio seating. Will plan to book again.

It was an amazing house with lots of space and well equipped kitchen. The best part of the house is the deck overlooking the lake. Also appreciated the use of kayaks and canoe. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space! Everything was well organized and made our trip easy.

The kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need to cook with including a wide variety of spices. Loved having a bathroom on each floor and the arrangement of bedrooms was just what our 3 families needed. Having a pool table to play on was a bonus.

very nice quiet neighborhood

We had three families staying, so the house was perfect for each family having their own floor with two bedrooms and a bath. Enjoyed the fire pit by the lake. Wished we had more time than we did. Owner was outstanding doing everything she could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

What an amazing lake house! Our family stayed here for three nights. It was me, my husband (50’s) our children and their spouses all in their 20’s and our two granddaughters who are 3 years and 4 mo. This house was perfect, it’s stocked with everything you would need. The deck space is awesome! There’s a nice tv on the deck for football or a movie night. The fire pit is really nice too! Great place! We highly recommend. Rosemary is very nice also and very quick to respond.

Beautiful property, excellent stay. My only recommendation would be to add a hot tub!

We love the back patios, the big yard, fire pit and the number of bedrooms available. Our family stays here year after year for our family reunion. Owners are always great communicators and easy to deal with. Thank you for offering such a wonderful home in such a beautiful area!

Great location with water front access and two massive porches. North lake was perfect for skiing and water sports.

We absolutely loved this lake house. Beautiful chain of lakes, easy access to the Narrows Rentals for a pontoon for the day or week, great memories made pontoon swimming and getting ice cream at Country Cove. Super comfortable home with 3 baths and a tankless hot water heater making it a fan favorite for our family with hot water for all. Hours spent fishing off of docks, using the kayaks, paddle boat and canoe, as well as many jumps off the end of the dock swimming. Loved the time spent on the deck at night and during rain/thunderstorms. Family campfire enhanced our memories. We ABSOLUTELY love this lake house!

This was our third time renting this lovely house. The bedroom configurations work well for our our family, which consists mostly of adults. The very best feature of the house is the huge covered porch, complete with ceiling fans!

My friends and I had a great time. Plenty of room for us. Loved the huge deck.

This was our second stay for our annual family weekend. We had 11 people & the home had plenty of space! The lake is beautiful & we enjoyed every minute of it.

Very well equipped home with lots of space for our family and friends. Nice to come back to enjoy the view of the lake and relax. Looking forward to another visit to this location.

We had a group of 12 stay for a long ice fishing and had a great time. We stay somewhere different in Michigan every year. The pool table was a hit when we would come in off the ice. Nice big house with plenty of sleeping room for everybody. We all enjoyed our stay and would not mind going back again sometime, whether it’s summer or winter.

We rented this VRBO for my family and some friends to stay for my daughter's wedding in Bronson since we live an hour away. It was perfect, very well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. Excellent communication and fast responses from the host. r away.

We love this home , we love the location the lake is awesome. Some of us spent a day in Holland , Saugatuck some went to Frankenmuth some to the Toledo Zoo we had movie night we done s’mores at the fire pit went to Bills Steakhouse went boating and fishing loved the whole week

This house was the perfect place for my freinds and I to have a girls weekend. We each had our own beds and only 2 people shared a room. The deck is absolutely amazing. We spent 2 full days drinking coffee and crafting all day. I could not have imagine a better weekend and house for our annual girls trip. The memories made will be charished for a lifetime.
