Panoramic Water Views w/ Private Beach!

Excellent ocean view from several rooms! Nice size rooms and deck for large families.Private stairs and path to beach. So nice!!Very clean home, bedrooms and bathrooms.

We (my dog and I) had a wonderful little getaway in this Chatham home. The views were incredible, and being so close to the beach made it even better. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge

Beautiful house with amazing views!

The views are truly amazing from this property! The beach is lovely for relaxing and walking, and nature abounds - seals every day just off shore, osprey in the nest, bunnies in the yard, and deer in the brush! The house is 70s style and the living room furniture isn't very comfortable, but the interior is very clean and neat. Downsides are that there are no room darkening shades, so the lighthouse really lights up the bedrooms at night (bring your eye mask!), and the deck furniture - they definitely need to add a large umbrella to provide shade to be able to enjoy the views and a new deck table, as the current one is too small and is completely covered with ocean lichen. For the rental cost, these changes should definitely be implemented. Despite the few shortcomings, we loved our stay and will definitely rebook - it's just such a special location!

The location was amazing! Steps down to the Ocean was so convenient. Seeing a coyote walking on the beach was certainly a highlight!

The property was expansive and beautiful and the house was lovely. A pretty modern feel for the Cape. The views are INCREDIBLE! Our weather was SUPER CHALLENGING but we made the best of it. And it was certainly easier to take given the FANTASTIC view of the landscape, ocean and the lighthouse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Chatham. The views we were amazing and the private community beach access made it feel like we had our own beach. We were close to so many activities as well.DelMar was wonderful to work with and if we go to the cape again would deffinitely rent from them again.

Highly recommend! The location of this house is spectacular. Beachfront with 180 degree views of the ocean and the Chatham Lighthouse in the distance. You are literally steps away from the beach, where there is an osprey nest in direct view from the house. How fun to watch these beautiful birds feed their babies and reinforce the nest. What a treat! The home itself is lovely, set back from the road with a large front yard and plenty of privacy. The main room has full facing oceanfront views from large windows, with a cozy window seat to soak it all in. It's very well furnished and comfortable, with a cozy, beachy vibe. Love all of the soft comfy pillows! The kitchen is bright and modern and very well equipped with all the kitchen cookware and tools you would need. The main bedroom with king size bed is one of the most spectacular rooms we have ever had at a VRBO. Wraparound ocean facing windows to wake up to the ocean and beautiful sunrises - amazing! The second bedroom on the main floor also has a fantastic view and access to the deck. The lower level bedrooms provide a comfortable landing spot without the views. Although the home is on a very private road, it is within easy and quick access to downtown Chatham and is a great launching point for day trips to Provincetown and Hyannis for the ferries. Highly recommend and will definitely come back on our next trip to the East Coast.
