Panoramic views up and down the coast and a deck for enjoying the ocean air!

There was 6 of us total and we absolutely loved our stay! The 2 levels made it so convenient for a comfortable stay. We will be staying at this place again and would recommend to anyone!

The house was very well stocked in all rooms and very clean. However, never have I been anywhere where the oppupancy was restricted to only the amount of beds this was 12 and we werent allowed visitors even though they were not staying. Very disappointing since we had family in the area.

We loved the location with kitchen and living room areas looking out to the ocean and it’s close proximity to the beach. Upon entering, we noticed a slight cigarette smoke smell. Even though it’s a non-smoking property someone previously obviously violated that. One of our group members is severely allergic to smoke. We let the management know immediately and they simply sprayed carpet in one bedroom. Our group had to split up and they had to stay at a hotel close by. We had no compensation or reimbursement even though I requested it twice.

The property was very accommodating for our group. It was very clean. The furniture very comfortable and the beds were excellent. The view of the ocean was extremely beautiful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family to reconnect and soak in the beauty of the Oregon coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We loved our trip to Harbour House! It was roomy, comfortable and the view was spectacular. We will be back!

This was a cozy home located conveniently within Lincoln City. Nice space downstairs for our 17 & 18 year old boys to hang out. Would recommend to a friend.

View is amazing. Property is ok. Bed, bedding and pillows need replaced. Family of 10. Some said bed was uncomfortable, some said bed was unstable when rolling over. Our bed had a big spot on mattress. All guests said pillows were awful. Bedding, sheets and mattress cover were worn out. Sheets were thin and wouldn’t stay on bed. Mattress cover was the same. Not sure that comforters were getting washed since instructions only asked for sheets to be placed in washer. Kitchen and bathroom need better lighting. Although home is outdated, bedding not great, view makes it worthwhile. Last thing I want to mention, check-in was at 4pm. We arrived at coast at 3pm and asked if home was already cleaned if it was possible to check in one hour early. Mgmt Co. said yes for an extra 50 plus taxes. We opted not to so the home just sat EMPTY for that hour until we could check in at 4pm. Seems greedy and we’ve stayed at several VRBOs that were managed by owner and never dealt with such greediness.

Nice location, home had great views easy access to the beach and lots of space for entire family. However, I asked to checkin a few hours early and it wasn’t a problem except it was an extra $50 to get in. First time we’ve ever experienced that matter. I feel it’s an over charge for the fact that it required nothing from the host or property management people. I’m also asking if housekeeping found a pair of ladies short black boots in the home after we checked out, which by the way was 2.5 hrs. earlier than necessary (does that qualify for a $50 reimbursement?

We had family visiting, one gentleman was form the Netherlands and had never been to America. He was so impressed with the views, and the ocean. The beds were great, and pillows were not flat. Lots of cookware in upstairs kitchen. Some items like 9x13 pans and cookie sheets are aging out, but the pots and pans were great. Made green chili chicken enchiladas for 10 people and kitchen had everything I needed. Had enough dish soap to last the 5 days, could not find a dish rag, so used the paper towels. There were small containers of shampoo and cream rinse, loved the bath towels!! We had a great time.

I have a group of my sisters, their spouses and a few friends that had hotel rooms with walking distance. We had a blast. Thank you Meredith Lodges .

The house is nice and comfortable. The shower head and faucet in the basement bathroom needs to be replaced. Could not get the basement tv to work on cable channels. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. We will rent again for the next family gathering.

Older house but clean and well equipped

Had a fantastic stay with kids and grandkids. We’ve stayed at this property once before, and it is a great spot. Within walking distance of fun little shops, a 30 second walk to beach access, and amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of room to sit as a family and play games while watching the waves. Booking process and communication with the host was terrific. House was comfortable, with everything we needed … did we mention the views. Really a fun, comfortable and fantastic stay.
