Panoramic Siletz Bay and Ocean Views, Four Bedroom Suites, Contemporary Luxury!

Great property!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. We stayed here for our annual Galentine girls weekend. The house had everything we wanted and so much more. Starting with the chef’s kitchen, complete with a double oven and six burners and flattop grill, a giant island that seated four, and the extra fridge in the garage was the cherry on top. The decor, comfy beds, bathrooms with each bedroom, and a couch that we all could lounge on together all weekend. But the real show stopper is the incredible views and the awesome patio complete with a hot tub and patio furniture with fireplace that we could all soak up the views together. From sunrise to sunset we were in heaven. Beach access is just. Short walk down the road, and groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and fun retail shops were a short 5 minute walk from the house. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The house was perfect down to every detail. The views were incredible and far exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and set up. Main floor layout great for an extended family. Multiple issues with property management led to a poor experience. Hot tub was not 100% ready upon arrival. Kitchen amenities (blender, food processor, and coffee maker) listed in pre arrival email did not work. Property management didn't seem to care nor correct. At this price point you shouldn't have to spend alot of time contacting and following up on basic amenities.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! I could wake up to the view every day of my life and be so happy with the peacefulness. The deck off the master bedroom in the mornings was AMAZING!! The kids enjoyed the hot tub almost every night.We loved our visit and really enjoyed spending time with our adult children. We would definitely stay again.Thank you so much for sharing your amazing house!

This house was five star, it was super clean and the location was amazing. All of the beds were comfortable and clean. The freezer can give you issues but if you read the book it’s a quick fix, nothing to downgrade the house. This is a great house for multiple families! We would stay again!

My husband and i stay in Lincoln city a few times a year. Love to have a nice place. This place isn't what it seems... the day we're traveling we're told the dishwasher is broken. When you're on vacation who wants to hand wash all their dishes .. the main shower drain doesn't work and flooded the bathroom floor.. there is gum stuck to the ceiling up stairs. The laundry room wasn't even cleaned. The mirrors had hand prints all over. The blinds in master didn't work properly. Husband had to put the batteries in for them. The floor around bathroom toilet upstairs were was dirty. No night stands in master so you can't put anything next to you. the people in a Meredith home next to us was smoking their weed so much it blew into our place. I thought these were no smoking places. The freezer opens if you put any pressure on it. I have honestly never wrote a bad review. This is our first. Will not be back. We paid 3k for Monday to Friday to have a house that isn't up to par. Hate to complain, but want to inform others before wasting money. We did take pics to back our story.

The property was beautiful inside and out!! The views have to be the best in the area. The house is very well kept and clean. It had the perfect layout for our family with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We loved the ping pong table in the living room area too. Outside, the hot tub was great, there was plenty of furniture, and the landscaping was very well kept. There was a short walk to the beach with some stairs but it didn't bother us. We would definitely go back!!

This is a wonderful property. The views are more majestic than the photos suggest and the layout is ideal for a large group. High end furnishings throughout.

Stunning views from this home and worth it if you take a lot of your own supplies. Because I have rented many homes and take lots of things with us, we enjoyed the home for 3 nights Labor Day Weekend 2024. I wish I would have brought a pizza cutter, a peeler and a cheese grater. Beware of their refrigerator and the freezer. Just as the book says, the freezer does not stay shut. Although the book says it won’t make ice, it easily bumps open leading to unfreezing of it contents. We lost a lot of meat and ice cream. Mostly because a lot of us were in the home leading to much use of the fridge. The beep was not easily caught as it’s not loud and we spent much of the days on the beach. I was super sad that the refrigerator’s bottom drawer froze my veggies. I ended up not having a salad and throwing out two heads of lettuce, spinach and cucumbers. I hope they replace the unit before you go. It saddens me to see such a beautiful home not very clean and bruised from being a rental. My husband got some cleaning supplies so I could wipe things down to my liking. Nothing more than a tiny bottle of dish soap could be found. The home did accommodate our family needs (8 adults and some little ones) for sleeping and bathroom spaces. I could sit and look at the view all day. Thankfully the homeless camps are below the steep drop from the fire pit area so you don’t see them much. pizza cutter, peeler and grated cheese.
