We loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked from the TV to the dishwasher to electric kettle. The owner was friendly and very responsive to questions. The ocean view could have been a bit more expansive based on the description, but it is what it is. Plenty of deck space all over made for relaxing outdoor quiet time immersed in pine and oak and ocean air. We look forward to going back again.

This house is beautiful. Great kitchen area and the host provided plenty of appliances, dish ware and supplies. The views are amazing. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! In town for a wedding - 3 generations of family staying together. It was just large enough for everyone to have their own room and bathroom and still hang out together when we wanted to. The view of the ocean was an added bonus. The rooms were perfect - comfortable beds and quiet. The host anticipated our every need. Two window seats with great views on which to read a book and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen was well appointed. I will stay here again! The town of Cambria is cute and has lots of offerings for food. Debbie, the property manager, was lovely to work with and went above and beyond. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Well kept. High up on a hill with a view of the ocean.

The property is clean, well appointed, and quite comfortable, with a back deck overlooking beautiful woods. It's situated in an elevated area about 5 minutes by car from the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was quite responsive to any needs. Recommend it highly.

From the first VRBO chat with Debbie to check out …Great communication . The home is immaculate with comfortable furniture and beds . Quality … Decor is perfect for a lovely beach setting .. The view from the master , the living room and the dining area is to die for … Deer and squirrels could be seen from the deck .The beach can be seen from here as well . The drive to the village is probably 5 minutes , as is the beach and restaurants.Hearst Castle is less than 15 minutes away . Honestly we all felt so comfortable and safe in this location . Lots of nice dishes and cookware . My only suggestion would be a new coffee pot . While it works , it’s very slow . Would definitely stay here again .. Best vacation in a wonderful California setting .

The stay was very comfortable - beds were great, kitchen was well appointed, a wonderful view- everything in a very homey environment. Hope to be back!

The best part was the wonderful daily turkey trek down the street. An occasional fawn would be seen, they are more prevalent down by Strawberry Creek trail. Home was very comfortable. The 3 bedroom suites were well spaced for privacy and all the bathrooms were well supplied. Views are incredible, neighborhood was quiet, home was well supplied for entertaining. Only one small thing, it’s time to consider new cookware, frying pans are well worn!

This home is the perfect Cambria getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood only 8-10 minutes from town, this home is a little oasis close to all you want to do/see. The views from the home are stunning. I feel so much more centered and at peace after this weekend away. Thank you for having us!

Very nice and clean property with plenty of space for 6 adults, with a beautiful view of the ocean, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Excellent communication with the property manager. Perfect place to relax and as a base to explore some central coast destinations. Would stay there again.

Beautiful and inviting 3 level home with great views. Perfect for 3 couples. House was very well equipped and we all totally invited our stay.

We loved the view through the forest to the ocean. Quail, wild turkeys and deer were abundant in the area. The master ensuite bedroom was lovely and the living room was cozy and a great place for conversation.

This was a very quiet and peaceful house. I really appreciated just hearing the birds and squirrels. It had everything we needed. There are nice neighborhood trails nearby. I would love to live in this quiet neighborhood someday. Debbie was very communicative and nice. Thanks again, Sheri.

We found the house clean and well appointed with everything a group would need for a comfortable stay. Coming from the heat and humidity of NC we totally enjoyed the cooler weather we found in Cambria. A great location to explore the Paso Wine Region. We would recommend this house and host without hesitation. (7/24)

Property was in very good condition, extremely clean and comfortable. Well described by owner. Owner communications were courteous and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The house was large and spacious, and all of us had our own rooms and bathrooms. The common area boasted a wonderful window seat where we were able to observe birds, deer, and even a fox! On our second night, half of Cambria lost power, and Debbie was kind enough to text us and make sure we were okay. The unit was prepared for this with plenty of flashlights and lanterns for us to use. All in all, we would definitely book this home again!
