The kitchen impresses with its luxurious equipment including an induction hob, teppanyaki grill, combi steamer, oven and a Sub Zero fridge. A large bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a children's or guest room with a 140 cm bed and a large sofa bed with a 160 cm bed ensure your peace and quiet. A guest WC and a bathroom with shower, bath and WC complete the exquisite interior.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired and offers complete relaxation and privacy. One floor below, a garden level opens up, which can be reached via three staircases.
