Location is great but the house is in need of updating and repair. It is set up more for large groups. Multiple beds in every room and 5 sleeper sofas in the den! A/C works great and the location is perfect just wish the house had been in better shape. Traffic in front of the house is loud and constant.

As some reviews already mentioned, this property is outdated and no longer matches the pictures. The view is amazing from the deck - as expected, and me and my family stayed for 2 weeks. We spent most of our time out on the back deck, which is warped and uneven - hot tub too heavy and no support? This home needs some TLC and attention to details to make it beautiful and worth the . Bottomline is the property is really dirty, bathrooms have mold, the tile floors are dirty to the point that you can't walk across the floor without the bottoms of your feet being black, with many of the tiles being cracked and then covered up with a rug in the bedroom with twin beds, but still popped and cracked when you walked across them. The area rugs are filthy, and not the vibrant color in the pictures at all! Chair legs on the dining table are broken, one just fell off in my hand, and 3 of the chairs had wobbly legs and we had to move them to ensure my elderly mother didn't attempt to sit in them. One of the LR chairs legs is almost broken off, a leg missing on one of the couches, appliances were broken and not as described in the listing, the washer wouldn't work and when it did - it sounded like a freight train on the spin cycle(!) The extra frig in a side furnace room was on, but did not cool/freeze which caused food to spoil and a large puddle of water under it, a day we used it. The positive is, the mgmt company did respond quickly some issues, but overall, not worth the

This rental could surely use some attention but it met our needs for a large family. Everyone had their own space and plenty of shared space. The location was perfect! When issues arose a simple email to agency had maintenance ppl there quickly. The pool on site was perfect for our little! We were treated to the air show upon arrival it was spectacular!

It had perfect access to the beach. The house needed to be cleaned better before our check in. It had the perfect view of the new years fireworks.

Beach view was amazing. Very convenient to anything you need.

The view and beach access were amazing.The house boasted to sleep 16.There were 6 of us.The pictures of the house on the VRBO sight are very old and the description is inaccurate compared to what we saw when we arrived.Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet paper rolls in all bathrooms were incomplete rolls with no supply left.The house looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years.Mold filled grout lined all showers, sinks and knobs. Dust coated vents so thick that air was unable to flow through and on blinds and windowsills.There were extra pillows that looked like they were purchased from a thrift store with no pillow cases on them or in the cabinet.The ice makers, toaster, and dishwasher did not work. There were 3 coffee pots with only one working.If they don’t work, they should be removed from the house.The dishwasher buttons were broken and pushed down into the door.The kitchen was poorly stocked with over 50 plates and 4 bowls. The pots and pans were disgusting peeling stained nonstick.The deck was warped at the joints due to the weight of the hot tub.The house has not been currently painted inside and out as described.Paint was peeling everywhere especially around the window in the kitchen as well as the blinds were gone.There were tv cables from one side of the room to the other.The front door electronic lock worked inconsistently. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.We have pictures to compare to the site as well.

We had a few maintenance issues, they arrived very quickly. During our stay there were two leaking windows, and a leaking sink upstairs with mold or mildew growing in the cabinet. I would think housekeeping should be checking cabinets during their cleaning, but maybe I'm wrong. The bunk room stays VERY warm, we had to buy an extra fan to keep the air flowing. Also, there was an ant problem in this room. We found some ant bait halfway through our stay and set that up. It seemed to help. We also called housekeeping for pillow cases, as they left none behind like they said they did, they never showed up. Maintenance was great at responding, housekeeping could improve a great deal. The view is amazing, the walk to the beach is not far at all. My grandma has to have accommodations due to a recent stroke, she was able to walk to the beach easily. The only thing she needed that we had to go buy is a raised toilet seat, I would say that would be a nice add in to one of the downstairs bathrooms, a higher toilet. Parking was great, access to pier park and the pier was great. Again, overall a great experience, for the amount of space we had for all the people we took we couldn't have asked for a better house.

The washer and dryer are large capacity. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The pool and hot tub are a convenient addition. There is a dog walking area just across the street and to the left of the row houses. You can park the car when you arrive and not have to drive again until you leave. walk to the pier for fishing or the Pier Park for entertainment. The maintenance company was very responsive to our requests and quickly delivered on everything. The four stars are due to the aging property but I'd stay there again.

Property needs a lot of work. Fans and TVs didn’t quite work, rusted furniture outside, broken chairs and blinds inside. Ants everywhere. Half of the toaster works. The coffee maker overflows. And during the storms we had water dripping through the kitchen and main living room windows. Broken tiles everywhere and the ac vents drip water. The positive side of the property is the space and location. Unfortunately will not rent this one again.

The house needs some major repairs made. Outside furniture rusted and wore out and break easily. Ceiling fans duct taped on and don’t work. Overall the house is very run down. The pool spa was drained during our stay. Location was great.

Staying at this property was absolutely amazing! There’s plenty of room for the whole family. Very spacious and clean. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Very nice guy! My family and I will definitely stay again next year!

The place is extremely outdated and there were lots of furniture pieces that were broken when we got there and it was fixed with nails and screws some of which was head level with the toddlers we had. When it rained water came dripping through the kitchen windows and some of the vents which was also a big safety hazard because of the children we had. There’s tiles that are cracked throughout the house and on the stair case. Lacking kitchen items and pillow case covers. The view out back is absolutely beautiful though. If you need a place to stay right on the beach and by pier park it’s a good location, if you’re trying to stay in a relaxing, clean beach house I would look otherwise.

Just a couple of minutes walk to the pier with all the restaurants and bars. The hot tub was great! We were able to take our dog which was a huge plus.

Although the property is a bit old it was clean and in a good location with nice views.

This is the real person who rented this property last week of August 2024! The property management company put a review in my name and gave a great review…here is the real deal…. Dirty, moldy, ants, roaches, broken windows with bandages as repair, all floor tiles broken, holes in walls, dirty pool, dog hair in tubs …. Needs about 100,00 in renovations .. request current pics before you rent and waste 5,000 on scum… yes the location is the bomb that’s the ONLY SAVIOR

Family spent Christmas on PCB. House was perfect location. We enjoyed our stay.

First, the house could be a great house and the location can’t be beat! If the price was not so expensive, I would not be so critical. We paid more than 4,000, and they add cost for everything. I have never been charged extra to check in early when a house is ready.The mattress quality in most rooms is terrible! Strangely enough, the twin beds were the most comfortable. The TV in the 2 twin beds room would not change. You had the luxury of watching ABC. The bathroom near this room has a ho I e kicked into the wall. The shower curtain rings are barely holding together and are rusty.. The bathroom upstairs has no light on the shower side of the room. My daughter showers at night, so she had to take a flashlight with her. There is also a bright lace where they cut into the drywall and fixed by attaching some wood to the wall.The kitchen is probably the worst part. The dishes are all dirty. I rewashed all of the plates and bowls, and a few glasses. There were frying pans with puddles of grease in them. They cover themselves here by posting a note on the refrigerator saying they don’t sanitize anything and cannot be held responsible for whether the dishes are clean. There were 7 forks. I added 7 forks, so that we didn’t have to wash dishes every time we ate. There were no hot pads, so I bought some of those as well. The grill ran out of propane while we were cooking. None of the outside lights work.

Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants.

The beach is your backyard and steps from Pier Park and if you have a pet, it’s just a few steps from dog park. We have a severely autistic child and can honestly say it was autism friendly. My son was very comfortable and mesmerized watching the ocean from the loving room. He felt extremely safe, loved the pool, and walking to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very accommodating, plenty of room, plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, 2 refrigerators and very clean.
