Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. We walked 30-45 min to Beaver Stadium to watch the game. The host had set up a fire pit for us to use and also made folding chairs, coolers and cornhole game available for our use. Kitchen was well equipped and towels were available. Would definitely recommend staying here for a football game.

From start to finish, this house had it all! The owners added so many nice touches, from linens, to hand soaps, trash bags, paper products. We literally only had to pack clothes and food/drinks. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub and back yard area were perfect for our family to hang out and enjoy the evening when we arrived. Love the noon checkout time too. If you stay here, you will not regret it. The owners live here and rent their home, and they make you feel like you are at home. We will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at your property (location was great), but - as owners of a rental property ourselves, we had certain expectations. While the bathrooms and kitchen area were clean, there were definitely areas in the house that could have used a wipe down (doors and light switches). In addition, the tree swing (which was indicated adults could use), was not up to par - and broke upon just barely sitting on it. Leaving someone in our group with a back injury that they are still dealing with. Overall, this was a ‘good’ property, but wish it was cleaner and that they did not promote that the swing was as “sturdy enough for an adult”.

It was so kind of the owners to let us use their beautiful home for a football weekend. We had a group of 8. Everyone slept comfortably. Technically we could walk to the stadium, although buses or an Uber would be recommended in unpleasant weather. There were so many thoughtful amenities they included. We had a wonderful time and a great place to stay, thank you!

Great place for kids and adults to stay for a football game. Communication was great. Easy to get to stadium via bus or car.

The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and the space was great for our large family. Our biggest bummer was that due to rain and cold temps we were not able to enjoy the backyard which looks very inviting.

House was perfect and welcoming! Would definitely book again. Everything was set for our arrival, from beds prepared to towels and essentials. Great location, we walked home from the game and enjoyed a sunset hot tub experience. The living space is perfect for large gatherings. Mountain, the cat, was friendly and snuggly but was also happy to spend time away from us upstairs on the rocker.
