There are two designated parking spaces in the driveway at the front of the home. Street parking is not permitted at any time and is actively monitored and enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Exterior Cameras
For safety and property protection, there are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and near the garbage area. Guests may not cover, disconnect, or tamper with these cameras.

Noise Monitoring Device
The home has a noise decibel monitor as required by the City of Fort Lauderdale. It measures noise levels only and does not record conversations. Guests may not unplug, remove, or tamper with this device.

Pool Door Safety Alarm
The back door leading to the pool is equipped with a pool safety alarm required by Florida law. Please do not remove, disable, or tamper with this device.

Thermostat Settings
Please keep the thermostat between 68°F and 72°F to protect the HVAC system and ensure efficient cooling.
