Great house, great pool, great hot tub-and great location! Owners were wonderful, and we had an amazing vacation.

Our family stayed for five nights and it was perfect for our multi-generational group. The home was exactly as listed. Clean, airy, and very well stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear, beach and pool supplies, bikes, and a fully equipped kitchen.Peggy was wonderful to work with and checked in throughout our stay. We paid to heat the pool and hot tub, and it was well worth it.

Peggy was one of the BEST hosts we have encountered. She was proactive in checking in with us and dealt with the couple issues we had quickly and even exceeded our expectations (i.e. grill). We have stayed within Palmetto Dunes multiple times and this was one of the best properties we stayed in and was perfect for having our dogs and adult kids.

5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, lots of space for multi family vacation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our two families, the house was well stocked with everything we needed, and a great location. Peggy was a wonderful host and communicated everything we could have needed.

Our family had a great Thanksgiving week at the house. The owner was very responsive and always accommodating The house layout accommodated our multiple families and beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bikes and beach toys included. We heated the pool and hot tub and the water was a great temperature for swimming. The house was spotless and location allowed us to walk or ride bikes to the beach. The resort had lots of activities. Overall a wonderful place

This house is great. Kitchen is a dream. Lots of space. Open floor plan is fun. Dining room worked out great for folks who were able to work remotely. Location is fabulous to get to the beach, Palmetto Dunes beach club, Omni hotel & the General Store & racquets area. Peggy was wonderful and so responsive. Truly a nice person! Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful! The beds were so comfortable. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which we all appreciated. There were 12 of us and plenty of room. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare your meals. My family loved the pool. We had the pool and the hot tub heated and it was perfect! House is close to the beach! My grandchildren loved using the bikes. The only place I ate at was the Crazy Crab. They had great seafood! Peggy was so easy to reach out to with any questions or concerns. She's the best! I just can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. property was as advertised. Very spacious kids grand kids loved running around. Peggy was awesome, very easy to contact. She’s a very nice lady. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this property both times I’ve stayed here, always clean and well maintained and the host is very responsive and accommodating, will definitely be staying here again next time we go to Hilton head

The home was very nice! The bikes and beach wagon, chairs...etc was nice to not have to rent. All was in good condition. Loved the pool and hot tub. Was very easy to operate. Id definitely stay here again!

Peggy and Dave’s house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need! The beach chairs were nice and the beach wagon was great to use on the short walk to the beach. We heated the pool and used it everyday it was a nice change from the beach. We played games on the screened in porch every evening. Peggy was a great host. She checked in on us and answered our questions quickly.

Peggy and Dave were wonderful to deal with. House was very clean extremely well stocked and would highly recommend for large families. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy a great family vacation.

The house was perfect for our group. The amount of bedrooms and all each with their own bathrooms worked out fantastic for a group of golfers. Also the location puts you at about mid island so going either direction on the island made easy. We had an issue with the pool and hot tub and Peggy the owner was in constant communication with me until the problem had been resolved. Can’t say enough good things.

Our family, including our dog, had an awesome experience:-) Check in and check out process were super easy, owners were great to work with and very responsive, and their home had everything we needed and more. We would highly recommend this home for future renters.

My husband and I planned a week at this beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes with our adult children, grandson, and our dogs. Everything was perfect from the spacious living room to the comfortable bedrooms. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The kitchen is very large and well appointed for cooking. We went out to eat most nights but we had fajitas and burgers on the grill at home as well. The dining room comfortably seated all 11 of us and we also enjoyed eating in the screened porch. The hot tub and heated pool were both amazing; everyone enjoyed that luxury! The walk to the beach was easy and short. The owner has kindly provided plenty of nice beach towels and a nice beach wagon to help carry beach stuff and one little grandson too! Another great perk was the bicycles included in the home rental. Several of us had fun biking on the beautiful trails. We have rented other places at HHI in the past but this one was hands down the BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. I look forward to coming back to Peggy and Dave’s house at Hilton Head in the future!

We had a great time staying at Dave & Peggy's rental. It was a very large home with plenty of space for everyone. Lovely accommodations, close to the beach and everything we needed within the home. Absolutely loved it and will be back for another Hilton Head vacation soon! Can't beat staying in this home!

We were impressed by this property in so many ways. First off, the communication with the owner was amazing. Never had to wait for a response. The house was in a great gated community and it was even more impressive than the pictures. We used every inch of the home. The bikes were a great bonus as we used them every day. All in all, the 8 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our family of nine. It is very well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and lots to do. The beach is a short walk or cycle and there is even a beach wagon and toys to carry everything easily. The pool and hot tub are shaded and private. The neighborhood is one of the best on the island and very safe. We loved it and will be back!

It was a perfect week at Hilton Head. Great location within 5 min walk or 2 min bicycle ride to the beach. A very comfortable stay, the house has everything you need for relaxation and fun, plus great communication with the owner at any time.

Our family enjoyed the privacy of baths for each bedroom. We had the pool heated and spent much time there. Walk to beach takes approximately 10 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk. Peggy is very accessible. This was our second year at her house.

I stayed her with our family of 8. We were close to the beach -5 minute walk. Pool was great. Plenty of sun. Rooms were a perfect fit with everyone having their own bathrooms. Would stay her again.
