Stayed Apr 1, 2024I just spent a month at the Carriage House. It is a lovely and peaceful spot. The location is great, easy to get to shops and restaurants or out to the highway. It would have been nice to have a bit more of a kitchen but that will not likely be an issue for shorter rentals. Have coffee with the squirrels and Cardinals in the morning!

Stayed Jul 3, 2023We loved this little house! It was so perfect for us and exactly what we needed for our trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so homey, cozy and inviting. Very comfortable like home away from home. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return. Summer was great! When I had questions, I was blown away at the speed of her responses. She has created quite a special little gem that has etched a place in our hearts. The only thing I wish could be different is the driveway—which given the layout of the property and neighborhood probably can’t be changed. There were multiple vehicles at the other rental property during our stay, so it was very tight to come and go, even for my car. The front end of our car is very low so we also had to be careful not to drag coming and going. But if we would’ve driven one of our SUVs I’m not sure how that would’ve worked. So when it says the driveway is tight, it is tight. It’s absolutely doable—just be aware. Even so, there’s no way that it would keep us away. :)
