Palmer Park Oasis in Central Part of Colorado Spring. Private Hot Tub!

2nd year in a row staying, both times have been wonderful, we look forward to coming back again next year.

We had a great stay. Nice accommodations, excellent neighborhood abd close to the attractions without being in the middle of the tourist chaos.

Lots of space, great hospitality, and comfy environment!

Highly recommend this place. Great location, close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Manitou Springs and that’s what we were looking for. Safe neighborhood. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus after sightseeing all day. Lisa is very easy to work with, very professional and on top of everything. House cute and clean, beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Interior is modern, tasteful, functional and clean. Lisa the host is very friendly and forthcoming. We loved hanging out late in the backyard, enjoying the jacuzzi. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time!

The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and definitely a quiet neighborhood. We did a lot of sightseeing, and the commute was always fairly easy. The only issue was the only place we could have a meal was in the basement, with chairs in need of repair. I informed Lisa about this, and she was unaware, so I’m sure she will take care of that.

This property is lovely. The landscaping is beautiful upon arrival, the inside is clean and organized. The hot tub is a delightful treat. Location is central to everything we wanted to explore in Colorado Springs.

It was a great place to relax after the day long activities we did. I will note that the living room and second bedroom are downstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Otherwise really nice place. Would definitely stay again.

This was an easy trip. There were a few issues that we were able to work through with Lisa. A quick text was all it took. Lisa was very responsive.

A perfectly charming historic home! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The makeup station was an excellent bonus. The house is on a quiet street with easy acsess to main roads. Lisa is a great host and was very easy to contact. Having two living areas was also very nice. I will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.

We were in town for a wedding and to explore as it was our first time in the state. We went up Pike’s Peak, to Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Park Zoo, and of course our wedding. The property was great for housing all of us (4 adults and 3 kids under 6) with all the amenities in the description. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the springs!

Great place to stay, short driving distance to many tourist attractions such as zoo, Pikes Peak, Cave of Winds, 7 falls, Manitou Springs, downtown, and more. The host had good recommendations for local restaurants and easy to work with.

Perfect house to come back to after a day of exploring Colorado. Hot tub was a fabulous way to relax. The house is close to everything essential. Lisa was an excellent host! Her recommendations for things in the area were spot on. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Great stay!

My husband and I had 3 grandchildren with us. It was great to have some space for the kids to move around in. We spent our evenings in the cool basement playing games—some we brought and some the host provided. Very clean and cheerful. I contacted the owner about a minor problem and she took care of it in good order. Very responsible owner!

Lisa's home had everything that my wife and I needed. Plenty of space, hot tub, and AC was nice during an extremely hot weekend. The location is very convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again

Close to restaurants, stores, and not too far from attractions. Pike’s Peak can be seen from the property. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
