Palma Beach House

I really can't say enough good things about this property. I had my birthday weekend with my girls at this house and it just absolutely blew us away. The house is gorgeous and smells so clean. Aesthetically, it's calming and just perfect. The running joke during the weekend was, did you need something? Well, ya girl Monica thought of it already! Full kitchen with everything you need? Monica thought of that. Floats, beach gear, coolers, umbrellas? Monica thought of that. Makeup towels? Monica thought of that. Blow dryer (and extra points because I have curly hair) was forgotten? Monica thought of it, and even included a diffuser for my curly hair! Can't get the spa/pool app to work on your phone? Monica will totally just schedule your heating options via text. Have work friends who want to surprise you with a delivery? Monica will work with them and have it coordinated just so my colleagues who sent me sweet treats could surprise me. We loved the house. It was perfect. Location was great. We drove onto the beach for a beach day. Easily grab an Uber into St. Augustine downtown for a night out. 100% would return. Cannot say enough about it being awesome. Already planning a second trip to the location.

This gorgeous home was the ultimate serene getaway—an absolute dream from start to finish. The energy was unmatched: calm, uplifting, and full of light. Every room felt intentionally curated with beautiful, airy décor that made the space feel both cozy and luxurious. It was spotless, fully stocked with thoughtful touches, and made settling in effortless. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. So grateful to have found this little sanctuary in St. Augustine!

Amazing property! Perfect for our family trip and Monica is the best!

This property was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We cooked all meals at the house and it was like being home with all the cookware. The family enjoyed the pool and the beach is a quick drive. Definitely recommend

The Palma Beach house was by far my favorite VRBO stay. The house is new, clean, and the owners spared no expense when it comes to decorating and comfort. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa nightly. We kept turning the hot tub off somehow and when i sent a message, i got a response back almost immediately and they were happy to help. Will def go back and take my family next time. Book it! You will be happy you did.

This property was so clean, modern and nice. It was exactly like the pictures and everything was perfect! Monica was great at staying in contact and communicating with me. I will definitely be staying here again! I can’t say enough how great this experience was. If you were in the fence about booking here… I say DO IT NOW! :)

This home exceeded our expectations! The host was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed handicapped person in our group to relax from our trip. The home is tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. The kitchen was outfitted with every item needed to make a meal. We also grilled steaks and relaxed poolside watching football. We were also able to reach host for any questions we had. I highly recommend this home. The bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfy. I’ll definitely be returning.

The home was impeccable and had everything you would want in a fully outfitted kitchen. The host was always available and answered any questions immediately. The backyard, pool and spa were exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend Palma Beach House!
