The Space:

Step through the door and into a Palm Springsfantasy. This fully renovated mid-century modern retreat was made for groups who want to actually feel like they're on vacation — bold colors, designer furnishings, and natural light flooding every room through classic desert-modern lines.



Four spacious bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, with three ensuite baths so no one's fighting for the shower. Each room has its own distinct personality: think curated art, quality linens, and the kind of thoughtful details that make a space feel like a home rather than a rental.



The open-concept living and dining area flows effortlessly into the kitchen — fully stocked with everything you need to cook a real meal. Whether it's a slow Saturday morning with coffee and eggs or a post-hike feast, you'll have the tools and the table to do it right.



The Backyard

This is why you came. The private pool and spa sit at the center of a lush, landscaped desert backyard designed for lingering. Fire up the BBQ, pour something cold, and settle in around the gas fire pit as the sun drops behind the mountains. If you time it right, you might even snag a grapefruit straight from the tree.



The Neighborhood:

The house is tucked into a quiet residential street — peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open, but just minutes from everything Palm Springs does best.



North Palm Canyon Drive is the heart of it: great restaurants, boutiques, and buzzing patios. Farm is the local brunch institution; Crudo Cervicheria is the move for fresh ceviche and tacos. The Palm Springs Art Museum is a short walk, free on Thursdays, and better than you'd expect.



For adventure, the Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away — desert floor to alpine summit in 10 minutes flat. The Indian Canyons trails are 20 minutes south, and Joshua Tree is just an hour's drive when you're ready to go full desert.



Other Things to Note:

Heating the pool during cold months will be assessed at $60/day upon request. Please inform management that you would like the pool heated no later than 72 hours before your reservation. We can not accommodate turning the heat on after that. The pool is heated to 87-90 deg. Please request a lower temperature if needed. Due to the amount of time it takes to heat the pool, we can not heat the pool for only part of your stay. It is all or nothing.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The home is set up for easy self check-in via keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule without any hassle.

We're available by message if you need anything during your stay and are happy to offer local recommendations, answer questions, or help troubleshoot anything that comes up. We do our best to respond quickly and make sure you have everything you need from start to finish.
