Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for 5 days while in town for a wedding and this place was the highlight of our trip. Check in was easy, and when we first opened the door we were blown away by how beautiful the property was. The courtyard/pool area was our favorite part - it’s the epitome of a beautifully designed Palm Springs Midcentury oasis. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions and requests.Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with any utensils or appliances you might need.Overall a 5 star experience. We hope we can come back and stay again someday. Thanks for sharing your home!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property during Modernism week. Classic MCM. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Simple, uncluttered furnishings. Close to shops & restaurants. The pool and backyard are amazing, especially at night. Will return again!

Stayed Dec 29, 2023I LOVE this house--absolutely wonderful in every way. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous mid-century modern decor, classic Palm Springs. Kitchen well equipped, everything you'll need. Pool and spa enjoyed by all. Special Thank You to Lauren and team, Evolve Mgmt. for fast and efficient communication. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I visited for Modernism Week with another couple. The house put us in the perfect mindset. Great outdoor space, just wish it was a bit warmer that weekend to enjoy the nights as the outdoor area in the evening is very comfortable. House manager was very attentive to needs/questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023This was our second time at this property and we would return again. That's how nice it is. The only negative was the palm trees were trimmed at 9 am on Saturday morning and access to the yard had to be given. It would have been nice to have advance notice of this. All said, our stay was great and I gave it 5 stars.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Great property. Well appointed and clean. We loved walking the neighborhood to view the local architecture. You know you are in Palm Springs! Loved the spa outside the master bedroom and the living window wall that could be opened to the pool area. Perfect retreat and trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Such an awesome place! Perfect place because your pool is literally right beside a road. So? Not so easy to get a noise complaint! (But yeah still be responsible. No loud music after 10PM) More than enough place, good Vinyl collection, artistic and simple decor, overall very joyful place to be at. My only gripe is that none of the bathroom doors or bedroom doors have locks. Cassaday and Lauren have been awesome. Response time is super quick and they were very professional. 100% will stay again.
